Never fails to get my coffee out in time and always so food! They are very accommodating if another store messed up my order or if. Anything is wrong with yours. Very friendly staff!
When my family and I arrived in Springfield from Seattle this store and the crew that run it became my favorite new coffee house. Within a week they realized I was going to be a new regular and before the week was done they remembered my name and my drink.Awsome crew. Better than any store in Seattle by far. Great customer service. The staff is friendly, there is ample comfortable seating (including accessible), and lots of windows. A great environment to relax or focus.

You will feel like you stopped here to when you get stuck on Glenstone line into this coffee joint. I wasn't stopping for coffee right then but in the future I'll pass on Starbucks. Fix your issues & not throw them onto others!
I stop here each time I have a VA appointment to get my caramel Frappuccino. The staff is very kind and efficient. I'm just happy we don't have a Starbucks in my hometown, otherwise I'd go broke.
I have ordered here about 10-13 times and the coffee is never right, the app won't let you choose from the whole menu and can't order mugs and other items. 3 stars only because the employees there are all very nice I wish them well... the coffee stinks though. (also one time I think I only got hot milk...didn't taste like coffee at all - threw it away)
This location has stepped up their game since opening. They had a pretty rough start with covid and employee issues but the past several months I have noticed a huge improvement in speed, accuracy and their customer service is impeccable. Glad to have them so close.
I hate to give this place 5 stars because of their prices. Luckily, my girlfriend usually buys my drinks here lol. Their black tea and flavors are so dang good! If I could afford it, I'd stop here 3 times a day!
