Great location within Target in Bradford Park, its only store in Springfield. The coffee was also as good as that from other Starbucks stores.
My sister worked at this location in 2017 when she lost her life. When I called the manager, Brandy, to let her know she had the audacity to ask me "Why are you calling me and not her?" Then proceeded to hang up on me when I started crying. Absolutely vile person who doesn't care about anyone but herself.

First I want to say that the 2 servers I had were terribly rude. There was no one behind me in line yet they were impatient!Next for a multimillion dollar corporation chain who services Coffee, you are ignorant of potential business and customers. There are literally millions of us drinking bulletproof coffee. Bulletproof coffee has become a million dollar industry. How hard is it to offer sugar free, sweetener substitute free options? Time to get on board.

I don't drink coffee so I really cannot give you opinion one way or the other I know other people likes it they like going there I can say I don't drink coffee but I've been there with other people and every time I've been in there I've been nice and quiet been a good place but like I said myself I can't give you a really a good answer because I don't drink coffee
Not a bad Starbucks. The coffee is good, and the staff are courteous.
