Most of the baristas make a great drink. All of them y friendly. This Starbucks is the one I go to the most.
Wonderful customer service. We purchased 3 drinks and a cake pop. As we were walking out the entrance doors my daughter tripped and fell spilling 2 of the drinks. I took the cups in to throw them away and purchase two replacements, they replaced them at no cost and was even concerned at her well being. Absolutely the kindest interaction I've experienced at a Starbucks.
Great coffee and cheaper than the free-standing kiosks!
The line is usually short and the employees are very accommodating.

Great energy! I believe Mason (?) was helping out a new employee and it was really awesome to see such bright energy towards customers but also towards each other. Felt like each person left with a smile and a good coffee!
Went there to get 3 drinks, and I ordered a pumpkin cold brew and i stood there watching the two workers talk about it. At first they were just talking about the pumpkin drink from last year, but then after paying they complained about it while making my drink, saying that they are just going to lie to customers about not having the drink they want, and then gave us the drinks but making us reach over the counter for it, and they made the drink wrong too, they never put ice in it or any flavouring. So for anyone that goes here and they say they dont have the pumpkin drinks/ fall drinks , they most certainly do.
The Baristas are wonderful friendly and after you've been in there a couple of times they actually know your name. They know how to make Starbucks coffees oh, not all Baristas do unfortunately. This place gets a double A
I was happy to find this Starbucks being so close to my house. But it goes south very quick. The staff is more worried about chatting instead of making drinks and complaining about their hours and how they need a vacation. Then we got our drinks, a venti and grande with sweet cream foam and over half the cup was filled with foam. Could have saved myself 15 bucks if I knew I was spending it on whipped cream. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Won’t be back at this location, I’ll drive out of my way to another one.
Super disappointed with this star bucks location. The last two iced lattes I’ve ordered from here have been completely watered down. Very disappointed, and definitely ruling out this location. Nasty
