Grace is absolutely phenomenal. She was kind speaking to me and my grandmother and provided above and beyond customer service. She absolutely deserves a promotion if she doesnt have one already (with a pay raise)!
Very fast and through nicest people. Definatly the best experience I have had at a coffee shop!
We are from out of state. The staff was not. Didn't listen. Didn't get the order right, said no whip, half came whip half with out. Was not impressed. Ours back home are much better run.
This Starbucks took 30 minutes (no exaggeration) to pour an iced latte and a hot coffee. They ended up serving the wrong hot coffee.
Ludi is the sweetest person. This location is my favorite because all the barista’s are so caring and wonderful. They make my morning 10X better. Thank you
Love the coffee but completely disagree with their beliefs so i tend to limit buying from starbucks i support more biblical foundation al places
This place used to be great. I quit getting coffee here during the pandemic. I took my daughter shopping today and we stopped in for her. First off, it was almost $10 for a tall white mocha (this had no coffee) and a cake pop. They apparently didn't want to make decaf as requested. The $6+ drink got poured down the sink at the house as it was undrinkable..watery almond milk. It's a busy establishment. If they can't keep proper staff, stay open, or make drinks then maybe it's time to close.
Meh, not impressed. Easier to and taste better to get the vanilla coffee in a glass bottle at walmart. Cant even taste the vanilla and it wasn't even sweet. Got the vanilla creme iced coffee. Asked for more vanilla or something to make it better and they just handed me some nasty stevia. Made it worse. They get too busy to even care.
Better have 30 - 45 spare minutes to go through this drive thru. You could grow, process, grind, and brew your coffee before you get a cup here. Slowest line in Springfield. Terrible.
If I could rate 0 stars, I would rate negative stars. After a long day of shopping yesterday afternoon, my husband and I just wanted a refreshing cold coffee. I got in line at 3:36 pm and didn’t not leave the drive through with my 3 drinks until 4:12 pm. I have never waited in a drive through line that long before. Not only did we wait almost 45 mins, but when we go to the window, there was not a single acknowledgement about how long the wait was not apology, no sense of urgency and one of our drinks was completely wrong. I will never be back to this location ever again. Unacceptable.
