Not sure if she was having a bad morning, but the lady who took my order told me to "Hold on!" when I started to tell her my order after she asked. I wanted to walk out after she said that but I had already promised my grand daughters a pink drink. My coffee was very bitter and the cream tasted sour. Now I know to go elsewhere.

There is a man there that makes the best Carmel Ribbon Crunch I have ever seen. If I didn't live in the area I would fly just to have that Carmel Ribbon Crunch!

The barista makes a good coffee but is not very friendly. She was mad because she couldn't get the lid on the frap and said " you people and your whip cream.. it's a 911 if you don't get your whip cream ." I was embarrassed. There were a couple of other people waiting and no one said a word. I am sorry if she was having a bad day, but this is not the first time. I won't go back.
Espresso broke down conveniently before closing time. Change your closing time of you don't want to serve coffee before 8pm...!
Caramel macchiato was lukewarm at best. My chai tea latte tasted like watered down semi-sweet milk.
While generally all my experiences at Starbucks have been good, it really depends on who is helping you on the other side of the counter. While not very friendly or helpful I can't give 1 star only because the barista might have been experiencing a tough day or other issues I didn't know about. Still, a hot cup of hot chocolate made the evening worth it.
All I got was an ice water. It was just what I needed. I have breathing issues and I can get a little warm fast. Mainly I love to crunch ice.
I usually love the atmosphere in StarBucks but the lady was rude huffing and puffing “I’ll be glad when this foam thing is over” rushing me laughed when I asked for something they didn’t have it was just a terrible interaction
