My boss took our group here my first day of my new job. It was a day of firsts. I had the lunch special which was a hearty serving of lasagna and a house salad. I didn't care for the house dressing. I think it was a balsamic vinaigrette and I am not fond of it. I usually don't like much dressing on my salad and they seemed to drown my salad in it. Next time request dressing on the side. The lasagna was great! I had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. We all got a slice of cake to go and their banana cake was wonderful! Servings are large and we enjoyed our meal. We had reservations, and got seated directly while others waited for a table. This place is popular with the downtown lunch bunch...so plan in advance.
Haven't had a bad salad or wrap yet.Do yourself a favor and leave room for the banana cake. You won't be sorry!!!

I’ve noticed that when I eat out alone at many restaurants, I don’t usually get great service. Frankly, I usually feel like a table for one is a restaurants lowest priority…and I get it. That being said, I just had lunch at St. Micheals. The food was very good, but the service was really excellent. Attentive, friendly… basically top notch. I really appreciated that.
Great Italian and American classics served in a relaxed 'cheers' style establishment with lots of local history.

We were here for the first time yesterday. We were expecting Italian food, but it’s really a sandwich shop. Good food, great service, fun atmosphere. Save room for dessert, or take a piece home. The cakes are AMAZING!
I love Saint Michael's so much ♥. All the staff are very professional. The kindness and warmth they share makes me feel at home. All the food is fabulous!!!! Especially the spicy ravioli salad with guacamole. I find myself craving thier delicious food when I'm not there. You couldn't ask for a better place to go fothemost awesome foo

One of my top spots for lunch in or near downtown Springfield. I'm sure they're catering is wonderful based on the quality of the food I've tried here. Friendly and helpful service as well.
