Our group of 8 had the best meal! We split 2 appetizers and 3 entrees and we couldn’t decide which one was the best! Each arrived with a generous portion and cooked to perfection! It’s clear that the sauces are made in house. Mark and Cade were attentive, friendly, and had great recommendations! We will be again soon!
This place was amazing. Fist time here as we were just passing though. The restaurant itself is in a strip mall and kind of small on the outside, but don’t let that fool you. The food was some of the best I’ve had. The mac and cheese, simple dish but this one had so much flavor and was very creamy. The chicken was great with tons of flavor and the perfect amount of crispy. The Kevin Costner… WOW. I’ve never had anything like this dish… I ate all of it and almost ordered another one to go it was that good. Chef did and amazing job. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Overall the place is fantastic and I will be sure to come back every time I’m in Springfield!
Absolute gem of a restaurant in Springfield. Eclectic menu options diverse enough for any taste buds. I chose the softcrab BLT and wow was it delicious. You can tell the staff there really care about creating a unique, quality dining experience. It was the best food I had while visiting, hands down. You’re missing out if you don’t stop by to try this place!
Went for Brunch/Lunch today (4/24/22 Sunday) and the food was amazing. Obviously the after noon crowd made it busy, but when the food is this good, that’s completely understandable and the wait was minimal. If you have yet to try Split, don’t wait any longer.

Split Social Kitchen is one of the most unique dining experiences I’ve had while traveling. Their restaurant is small, literally almost a hole in the wall. The staff was friendly and timely and we were seated quickly. The menu was very expansive and original, with totally unique menu experiences. I was there around St. Patrick’s day, so I ordered their special which was a Reuben sandwich with French fries and gravy with cheese curds. Their drinks were also well made and original. I had their version of an old fashioned and a manhattan, both drinks were excellent. I try not to hand out five star ratings for every good restaurant, but this place perfectly balanced menu originality/quality, price, location, experience, and staffing. I could not recommend a better place to eat while you’re in Springfield.
First time here and we had the special tonight. It was some kind of of fried ball of crawfish and risotto topped with kimchi and then set in a generous bowl of seafood bisque. Delicious blend of seafood, citrus and a kick of tart/sour burst with the kimchi. Highly recommend! May be a line because there is limited space, but we got right in on a Thursday at 6.
This place is on fire. The food and atmosphere are a perfect date night. The food is soooo... good. This is the second time here and I ordered the same thing. When a place can replicate their food and it is as good the second time, I will always come back. Great selection of drinks as well.
First time visiting Split Social Kitchen last night and was thoroughly impressed. The wait wasn't bad for a Saturday night, around 30 minutes. Once seated we had excellent service! The food was amazing! The menu was easy to read and not overwhelming. We had the Sebastian as an appetizer, and wow. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and my husband had the Truffle Burger. Both we're excellent! We will definitely go back!
Great atmosphere, drinks are fabulous food is divine! The seafood special was amazing ?
