I got my food and got home and there was metal shavings in my food that's u could actually see that is disgusting they didn't even have a proper phone number im ver disappointed
Lady was moody, she wasn't friendly at ALL to say the least. Tots were very hard to bite into much less chew. Maybe they are just having a bad day, but y'all need to remember to change out that oil .. I have children that couldn't consume their food, no phone call was made as it know it wouldn't have made a lick of difference. Overall the place was clean and service was in a good timely manner.
Pretty good Sonic. Most of them forget the sauces that are supposed to come with the food even when it is listed on the menu and not a special request. This location doesn't seem to have that same struggle and always seems to be able to get our order right. Shouldn't be that amazing but based on experiences at other locations, this makes them stand out a bit.
Service is always prompt and kind. The food was hot and delicious. I love that the full menu is available all day for those of us on weird work schedules or with a hankering for breakfast or dinner at the "wrong" time.
The worst experience at a drive-thru restaurant I have ever had. The car hop was not friendly at all, no smile and borderline rude. The food I received was not what I ordered and when I called to talk to a manager about it, the person on the phone filtered the call by telling me he was the manager when in fact there were two other managers above him in the building at that moment. He was just a shift supervisor. When I finally got to talk to a manager, I asked for her first name and store number at which point she promptly hung up on me! When I called back, she had sent the phone to voicemail.I have never been treated with more disrespect at a business establishment in my entire life! I won't be going back there, everyone I talk to will know about this experience and I will be calling corporate!
My order was wrong. They would not make it right while I was there in the stall. The car hop told me that Sonic managers tell him to tell the customers to call the phone number associated with the restaurant. They did give me some coupons, however, and that was helpful in dealing with my disappointment.
I had a vanilla lime aide.... Got no vanilla and no lime.. You can't call the place.. "Phone issues" I'll not be backOwner replied I should have called Corp number... I did... still no response. I gave you 2 opportunities and this post... I'm done...
Avoid this location. A few weeks ago my wife got a breakfast burrito that was very old and hard as a rock. She refuses to come here anymore. I just made the mistake of ordering 2 brownie batter blast’s! #1 a large is over $8 but I know this, my problem is I only live 1 mile from here. When I got home the blast was very very runny and the so called ice cream was literally almost warm. Buuut when I tried to call as soon as I got home to let them know something was wrong no one answers and it says they’re mailbox is full? Haha I’m sure it is full, full of complaints and that’s how they avoid any future complaints. Thanks Sonic for not being here for us when you screw things up. This could’ve been avoided just own up and try to work through the problem instead of no communication!
This isn't just for this location. THIS IS FOR SONIC AS A WHOLE INCLUDING THE APP. Nothing but false advertising. Oh hey go buy the big dill burger its back for order on the APP only, but almost every location in Missouri has none of the ingredients in stock? So where's this not false advertising?
I ordered a double with cheese and chili cheese tots, after 20 minutes waiting in the cold on the picnic table kiosk what I got was tots with almost no chili little cheese and dumped out of the boat and into the sack. My burger turned out to be a chicken sandwich. My girlfriends burger was also incorrectly made.
