While I liked the drink I got, I’d say the drinks are slightly overpriced by about a dollar probably comparing it to other boba places in springfield. This might be because of the overhead of being in the mall so I kind of understand.Only other thing was that I had to wait a solid couple minutes before there was anyone in the front. I didn’t mind the wait but I wasn’t sure if there was like a bell or something for service.

Always a lovely experience. the girl with blue hair is always so cheerful and recommended the boba guy, my new favorite drink. The girl with bangs is the sweetest and always polite. Love coming here and always will!!

beautiful drinks, lovely atmosphere, and speedy service. couldn’t ask for anything more!

Always great customer service, I highly recommend their new Boba guy drink. It's the perfect summer drink without being super sweet.

This place is fun! We got the Boba Girl & Unicorn Sparkle and they are really good! The unicorn sparkle is more like a super sweet smoothie with traditional boba and the Boba Girl was super tart and juicy with popping boba! I added the yogo jelly which is super delish!I love all the options at this place! Definitely a must try!

Honestly The tea is over priced they charged a dollar extra for light ice and a dollar extra for almond milk. Also the boba balls are absolutely sub par! Not to mention the tea had a weird after taste that I have never experienced with all the other places I’ve been.

If you want real boba tea, like the kind you get in Taiwan, this is not the place for you! The flavors were fake, the salted foam was not foam at all and they skimped on the boba. Save yourself from this overpriced “drink” and find some real bubble tea.

I went for the 1st time today and created my own drink. I suggest the green tea with mango flavor and mango bursting boba. Absolutely delicious ?

DONT BUY MACAROONS, boba is okay but macaroons are like whiteboard erasers?

I've been coming here for about a year. For a long while, the employees were always so sweet, and the drinks were always amazing. But recently, the staff have seemed quite rude to me. A boy in a beanie made some remarks about what I ordered, and seemed to go out of his way to give me the wrong drink. A week or so later, a person who gave my order to the sweet girl making the drinks described my order as 'a nightmare to make. Sorry.'I feel so bad about that. Worst part is that I've been ordering it quite often since I first went. I realize that I've probably been such a bother on the staff.I'll try to order something else and not come as frequently. They've been really busy and I don't want to add any more stress.
