Love this restaurant. Wish they would reopen the one in independence Mo.
I was very excited for the salad bar. It was not stocked well, and what was on there didn't look very good. I got the salad bar and soup and only ate half of my salad and barely touched the soup. My husband did like his bbq nachos though.
I always eat my birthday lunch at Ruby Tuesday’s, and after an awesome salad I had a Carmel ice cream sundae. Alway a great place to eat. Always consistent no matter what state your in.
Was some of the worst service I have had in my travels. For an upper scaled restaurant that serves above par food I was severely disappointed with the service before I ever got in the door. Never got seated, was overlooked even after I had given my name for the waiting list that was only supposed to be 10-15 minutes long. After watching 3 other couples leave that came in after us and more couples seated that came in after us we also decided a simple burger and fries at a different establishment was a much less stressful choice. We will try again at a later date but they missed out on a huge tip and a decent food sale as always. Pay attention to your customers as soon as they walk thru your door.
Salmon with sauce or seasoning I really enjoyed. Added self serve salad bar. I am always glad to try salad bar here and it brings me back. I arrived when not busy and had good waitress. I hope definitely to repeat. I finished salad before salmon arrived and it was worth the wait.
We ate there yesterday as a table of 11 and our waitress Desiree was phenomenal. She was very attentive, great attitude, and gave us amazing service. She made our dining experience very enjoyable. She recommended the Mac n cheese with parmesan chicken and it was delicious.
Food tasted good. Even tried their 50th anniversary cake. It wasn't anything special, but it was good.
Came in to have lunch with my family passing through town during my hour lunch since this place is very close by. To start I realize we may have needed to go boxes depending on timing. And I feel we were patient. We were 1 of 2 tables in at the time. When a restaurant is that slow it shouldn't take half an hour for the food to come up. Even if the kitchen was short staffed they should have been able to get 5 open menus served quicker than that. Our table only had 3 people and the other table was a 2 top. We ordered simple dishes. No substitutions or anything. We did ask about food once it got passed the 20 minute mark and were asked if we were in a hurry. Not an appropriate response to the situation. It had already been over 20 minutes since our order was taken. We were very disappointed with the service provided. We could hear staff laughing on the line too so that made it even more upsetting. Ended up having to take our food to go without getting to eat any of it in restaurant. Checked my food when I got in the car and it was Luke warm. I feel like they forgot about us or something similar to allow food to start dying in the window. We will not be coming back and now fully understand why no one was there.
My location I worked at in independence, mo got shut down during covid so being able to come here felt so nice. They were the same, if not better than my location and were extremely helpful. The food was sooooo goodUpdate: Came back about 8 months later and was thoroughly disappointed. The food was extremely slow, there was barely anyone in the restaurant, our food was cold still, and not right. The Mac and cheese was not good so I ordered an additional plain burger to go and it was made incorrectly. Our server was incredibly sweet and kind though
