Entire experience, from the friendly service and cozy interior to the delicious and incredibly filling food, was amazing!
My daughter and I love going to the Rocco’s on the North side of Springfield. The knots are great Pizza is yummy, the staff is always kind, and the price is right. We’d recommend anyone to give it a try.
The pizza is delicious and affordable!! It tastes fresh and absolutely wonderful! I wasn't sure what to expect when we came here but we will 100% be returning.
I order from Rocco's when I want a good pizza or calzone and I expect better quality than the major chains. I am never disappointed and to me, it is a good value. I'm also hooked on the Palermo pinwheels with alfredo on the side. Great comfort food!

The details of my experience.. I called at 7:16pm on a monday night. I didnt pay attention to the fact that google says they close at 8pm. I placed a delivery order after giving them my address, confirming I'm within their delivery boundaries. She told me it would be 50 minutes, apologizing that their fine in was heavy tonight. Not really knowing what that meant, I was fine with the fact the time frame she had given us. We planned to keep our three year old up with us for a pizza night despite it pushing back his bedtime routine. 8:52 rolls around making our wait thirty minutes past due if you give them ten minutes to get the to prepping our order. I call them mentioning we havent seen anyone come by yet and she replies, it's actually coming out right now and they would get it right out to us.. 9:48 pm I try to call and they are CLOSED. I left them a voicemail explaining we never received a call or the order and today being the next day, they didnt even have the decency to call me back and apologize.
Great service with a smile well decorated place although a little disorganized at the time, good pizza aswell, plenty drink selections on top of all that
I ordered from them and there raviolis was hard as a rock and so darkSo I called and talked to the Manager and she was not doing anything didn’t want to remake my foodIf I could give a zero star review I would I would never ever ever order from them again terrible service terrible manager
My meal rang up at the wrong price. When I tried to get it corrected the manager got hostile and told me the menu was incorrect. Really rude service. I really liked this place too.
