My wife and I ate there on a Sunday night, about 8:00 and there were only 4 other people there. Our ribs were brought to our table and looked as if they were 3 days old- very hard - very little meat and parts were absolutely like a brick. The waitress brought us two more ribs which were at leastrib crib type and tasting meat. I have an iron stomach so I tried to at least get most of my ribs down and my wife tried to find enough of her's to make somewhat of a meal.We were stupid as we should have demanded they be taken back and replaced or simply left. The manager was extremely unfriendly as was out waitress. Two hours later my wife was sick and throwing up-3 times.Rib Cribs are usually good places to get a good meal - we will never go back to that one.

I decided to check out RibCrib based largely on the signage. The inside decor was tasteful, though a bit heavy handed with colors and materials that screamed "this place is trying to be MANLY," paired with a number of large tv-screens mostly tuned to various sporting events. The place was pretty dead when I came in, populated by a handful of older couples grabbing a late lunch or early dinner. The service was reasonably prompt, and my server Christopher had apparently been covering the floor alone since the previous lunch rush, which had died down. He stayed busy, but made a reasonable effort to check on the patrons regularly. After asking for suggestions, I ordered the Okie - style bbq ribs, which were a solid 8 out of 10 as served. The sides of fried okra and Mac and cheese were solid too. Having grown up around good Texas bbq, I'm somewhat spoiled when it comes to well prepared meats, and felt RibCrib managed to clear the hurdle. Their house bbq sauce was pretty good too. I was a bit disappointed with the cheesecake slice I ordered, feeling it was a bit too heavy on the sugar and felt the texture could have been more desirable.Overall, based on my single experience, I'd be comfortable recommending RibCrib as a place to check out if feeling the need for a meat snack or a sports bar styled eatery to catch a game. Maybe next time, I'll ask if they could pull up some e-sports.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Food was excellent and ribs were smoked, fall off the bone perfect. Side salad was unexpectedly huge and delicious. Servers were freindly and attentive. Definitely will be back.

The wife and I just appreciate what they do and that is BBQ. They don't try to get fancy, no matter the location it's always the same. Their loaded baked potato is awesome. And you don't have to worry about going broke by eating there.

They was out of a lot of food but the waitress staff is really friendly

Got some great service recently. Ordered 3 ribs and 1/4 lb of sliced brisket. Glad to see they offered sliced brisket and not just shred it all. Ribs were very tender, good bark and flavor. Definitely a 5 on them. Brisket had good bark, but not as tender as the ribs, about a 4. Overall, it was great. Definitely coming back

Excellent food, decent prices and comfy atmosphere. The food was prepared quickly and service was good. I only wish I had a bigger stomach

Dont even bother. Even if you are gonna die without eating ribs... just die instead, you're better off.Response: This is my survey?! Why would I go elsewhere? And my expectations weren't high, as everywhere around was booked for hours ahead, and you were the only ones wide open for ppl to sit down. That alone says a lot about this location. We even waited almost 30mins to order after getting our drinks, and almost an hour for our food afterwards. The place was empty and still couldn't keep up.

I enjoyed my meal here. I had the smoked brisket sandwich with fries. It was very good and spacious welcoming environment. The waitress was friendly and always asked us if we needed anything.

Consistent great food! The staff is very friendly and accommodating!
