I’ve driven past an wondered about Red Robin for many years. Tonight I tried Red Robin for the first time. What keeps this place in business? Why do people like it? Nothing is special about the food or the atmosphere or the service. It’s slightly better than a drive through window I guess. But 60.00 for two people to eat basic hamburgers? What am I missing?

The service was lacking. It would've been nice to get my salad before my main meal came out so that my meal wasn't cold when I ate it. Then I asked for ranch for my fries but was never brought any until I asked a second time. The waitress never came to check on us. I gave my rewards card to the waitress only to be told that they go off of phone numbers now. No big deal. I gave her my phone number only to be told that no rewards account exists. I told her I've had the rewards account since it started and that I know the account was good. She told me to sign up for x new rewards account!. We were completely ignored the entire time we were there. And the restaurant wasn't even busy as we got there just as they were opening for lunch. My lunch was cold by the time I got to it after eating the tiny salad. The salad size have really shrunk! Red Robin used to be my favorite restaurant, but I'm not so sure any more!

It was pretty disappointing last night. Not busy at all. I ordered the Scorpion Burger with fries. The burger was warm but there was nothing spicy hot about it. More disappointing was the fries. They were warmish and limp. Not even hot. And very over seasoned. I know I could have asked for more but I shouldn’t have to. My wife’s burger was hot and her fries were hot. So that was odd. Overall not the best RR experience. There have been plenty of better experiences. Hope this was a fluke.

It was 9:30 pm when I called in my order. Staff was happy taking my order. I arrived at 9:45 pm, they closed at 10, but they were very friendly. Because it was late and dark one of the ladies walked me to my truck. Kindness is always a blessing. Turkey burger was perfect.

Great service. Friendly staff

Forever going to Red Robin because of their dedicated gluten free area, fries.. buns.. its really really great to have the option. And the bun is good! Most gluten free stuff is nottt. Now if they can figure out how to make fried pickles gluten free, ill be in heaven. ??

Lets make it 3 1/2 stars. I would have given 4 1/2 stars if not for the price. This is an upscale burger joint giving a very pleasant atmosphere, comfortable seating, good service, and tasty food for an absurd price. She had a chicken sandwich - it came on dry buns but mayo was delivered on request, sweet potato fries and a strawberry lemonade - all very tasty. I had the Smokehouse Brisket Burger - an exaggeration as the brisket was some dry crumbles on top of the burger, but was very flavorful with the bacon, jalapenos, fried onions and BBQ sauce on a nice bun. The garlic fries and strawberry "Freckled" lemonade were also very tasty. We were seated immediately and Cody took good care of us - almost to the point of annoyance. The drinks were served quickly, the food took almost 15 minutes more to arrive. It was worth the wait. The problem with all this is the price. At just over $52 with tip, for a two sandwich meal, the value just isn't there for most of us. The same quality can be had for around $35 out the door at other restaurants I've rated.

Used to get the pick two appetizer with cheese sticks and jalapeño coins. They don't have the combos anymore, but you can order the cheese sticks as an appetizer and the jalapeño coins as a side. Fried cod and bbq wrap were both perfect. Our server David was outstanding. He was taking care of multiple tables effectively and was super friendly. Great job David!!!

My family and I went out to eat and decided to choose Red Robin. I personally wasn’t terribly impressed. The burger I ordered was a BLT burger with an egg on top. They didn’t have any eggs, the burger was very dry and the buns were quite stiff. However the lettuce, tomato and bacon were delicious. As a side I chose their garlic fries and was not let down, they were absolutely mouth watering delicious!!!!

Best burgers ever. Love it. I will suggest to put the silverwear in a napkin. Will be better. They gave us the forks without napkin and i didnt feel comfortable about it. Other than that, everything else was great.
