I am appalled. Paid 8.61 for these three tiny chicken fingers, a small handful of fries, and a drink. I’m never going back to raising canes. Their chicken is no longer tender /juicy also. I’m so so so disappointed that I wasted my money here!! I used to love raising canes! Never again!
Never had any bad experiences here until today! Ordered online and the only option for pickup was curbside. We get there and wait for 20 minutes before finally going inside to see out food sitting on the counter. We grabbed our food ourselves. 3 minute drive to the office we get it in and it’s all cold and soggy. We are eating and realize there is “Best By Date” printed on the bread?
Good chicken! Fries are ok, love the toast! Service was friendly and fast, even at noon! Chicken strips is all they do. Lemonade an sweet tea are delicious! No desserts, bummer.?✌?
I love Raising canes chicken. So much that I drove 2 hrs to get some. But I was slightly disappointing with the outcome. The service and speed of receiving my food was great, it was the product I ordered a 3 finger combo to go. So when I got back in my car and on the road to home I went to open my meal at first glance I was excited and ?drooling for chicken. I always start off with the toasted bread. Yummy ?. But then I looked over and saw 1 of my 3 chicken fingers was a measly half a finger (see pic below) and the little shuffle of French ?fries looks like the little pieces at the bottom of the bag. I decided to start with the fries since they were already like there and looking like puney little pieces. The temp of them were kind of cold as of tjey ran out fries and found a few pieces lying around ?. Then after a few of them I moved on to my little half a ?finger ?. It was old tasting and not warm. But afterwards to my delight I went in foe my 2nd Full piece of chicken amd that one piece was great, hot fresh and tasty. However NY the time I was done drowning my taste buds with the yummy sweet tea of the devastating taste of the bad stuff I was too full to finish my last tender and few fries. I just hope next time I get fresh fries and full 3 chicken fingers.
Great food but this location does not seem well managed. The only thing they care about is drive thru orders and pushing that out as quick as possible while making everyone dining in wait WAY to long for the food. You watch cars enter the line and leave the line before you ever receive your food.
Gave me burnt chicken on my first order. Went back to get it replaced the got burnt chicken again. Every other time I have been here it has been great but today’s experience was not the greatest.
Not even close to 1.3 Oz. I love canes. It's a shame they did this. Not one of the fingers are up to canes standard. Swing and a miss.
Giving an honest review. Chicken is good but just good. I love the Canes sauce and the bread. Service is wonderful. I as of now never had a bad experience there.
Best chicken I've had in Springfield from a chicken place. Make sure you get extra sauce. So the people who were working the times I went were really nice as well. Would definitely recommend
Chicken is extremely small for the price. Taste is always good but over the last year the portion sizes have gotten horrible
