The food here is always fresh and the service is always good. My husband and I drive past two other Popeyes locations just to go to this one and we've never been let down. Everyone is always helpful and the manager in training tonight was super nice and personable, he answered all questions we had and was very upbeat. He radiated a very friendly and positive energy. All around this is the best Popeyes location and they'll continue to have our business!!
Came and ordered an online order at 4:10pm. Hoped in line to the drive through to recieve my meal. I got told to park and it would be coming out. You think they would treat their mobile order customers with respect...I walked in at 4:33 to them just now making my order. I would understand if they were busy, but they weren't. I finally got my order at 4:39pm. I am very unsatisfied.
Great food. People just don't want to work or be nice anymore.
Do what I didn’t, go check the Yelp reviews first. They are numerous and give info on the various ways this business will disappoint you. Take your money to the colonel instead. I believe it is this one location (S Campbell in Springfield) and not all of the Popeyes.
We had quite a large order so we had to pull up, but our food came out fresh and well worth the wait. I always like to get the pickled jalapenos, definitely delicious. Just wish this location offered the dirty rice sides.
Tried their new fish sandwich. It was really good. I will be ordering again!
Experienced at any Popeyes restaurant the total Rudeness as I have today ... Unreal we went threw drive thru . This is the mac n cheese we were served there's black dot substance in beded all over it was cold n old as it stuck like a glue substance texture. It tasted sour . As for drive thru girl she roled her eyes at us when we asked for a straw n she replied we aint got none... and we asked how we gonna drink this in car . She replied " idk taje the lid off i guess n drink it that way . Told us plz go your holding my line up !" And rhere was no one behind us :( . And shut her druve thru window . We called asap after we pulled out parking lot .
Very rude and took almost 10 to get someone to take my order on the speaker, no cars in front of me, very slow at the time. Then kept cutting me off and acting in convinced by me being there. Got to the window, very rude could see and hear people laughing and not doing anything, got home, knew i should’ve checked my food, was wrong, sandwich was smashed. I’ve had a similar experience every time i’ve gone to popeyes at multiple locations, it seems like you guys go through and hire the laziest rudest people possible. Last time i will eat here again. ALSO, there’s a picture of my sandwich with the bones that came out of it, next to my drink from my fridge because the drink i ordered was so watered down. Also tried calling about 15 times, no answer or someone would hang up the phone.
Terrible customer service. The staff acted like they had a problem with anyone ordering anything from the menu, very unkind attitude, the lady working the window/orders was playing on her phone while we waited for her to take our payment despite several cars behind us, choose our sauces, didn’t ask us what sides, gave very skimpy portions for a family meal, didn’t give us what we ordered and when we went back to get the correct order they didn’t acknowledge us or apologize and acted like it was our fault they gave us the incorrect order. The food was cold, dry, chewy and tasted old.
Came here on 2/25/22 around 5pm and ordered an 8 piece meal. Chicken was the worst I've ever had from a Popeyes. The chicken tasted like it was old and then re-fried again. Very dry and dark on the outside and heavy grease on the inside. Had to wait about 20 minutes for my food when I was the only car in the drive-thru. They also gave me the wrong receipt, however they corrected the problem. I understand in food service everyone has off days, but this is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location. Will not come back to this location!
