I love their #11 popcorn shrimp meal. Their mashed potatoes and gravy and aged cheddar Mac and cheese are my favorite sides. Their biscuits are excellent and I recommend getting their honey packets to put on them. Ate there 3 times in one week...One evening I did order their #11 and got home and it was the 3 pieces of chicken meal by mistake. I would recommend checking your order depending who's taking your order. My boyfriend and me can get 2 meal choices that includes one side and biscuit for a $20 with a tiny bit of change left over.
Well let's see food was barely warm,it was old and not fresh. I'm pretty sure the bird used was pigeon because it was so small of pieces and tough and chewy. The legs weren't even chicken size lol. The biscuits aren't even the half the size they were last year. The side severing were smaller. Y'all lost a customer for life I won't be back. It was Not worth the money I Wasted today I could have went to domino's and gotten better food for half the price and should have. Have a good day and Bless your hearts.
I accidentally left my wallet on the counter after my purchase late one night on the way home. Kelvin, an employee, found it and asked the GM to secure it in the safe. After backtracking, I decided to stop by the restaurant and it was there. Well, it contained all of my IDs and credit/,debit cards. If I could give this zero stars I would. I've never written a review before, but I have decided for the first time to take a moment out of my day to let people know this is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. We were told to pull forward to wait on fresh fries. When our food actually came. The fries were cold and old like they have been sitting out all morning. We got no napkins which was unfortunate because I had to eat my mac and cheese with my hands because they also for got to put a spoon in there. On the plus side I didn't have to do that very much because there was maybe 3 bites of mac and cheese total. The chicken was not fresh, it tasted like it was made yesterday and has been sitting under a heat lamp all morning. The only thing that stopped me from going back into the store was the fact that I would have to wait another 20min to see the most apathetic workers you have ever seen your life try again.
So life has had its ups and downs. I was having a down. Shanelle helped me and made my day just because she was so nice to me. She was super helpful and made me smile. I had to say something because this moment to me can't be ignored. Give this woman a raise.
The guy was rude and flat out lied to us . Maybe you should hire people who actually don’t mind working. Have good morals and values. I will never eat at this location again. I will choose the other location they actually care and the manager is professional and friendly. This location needs new employees. I stopped by around 8 pm April 24 , 2022 the guy running a bag outside by drive thru said we are closed on the inside. I told him he might want to lock dining room door and remove the signs that say dining room is open. What a joke . Praying he can tell the truth .
We were there on 4/7/22 around 6pm. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. While we were eating we were asked by a couple employees, one I think was the manager, how everything was. I don't think I've ever had any employee at any fast food place ask that after we ordered. They went above and beyond in my opinion. If we lived closer we would definitely return.
Went in and ordered to go. The restroom s were clean, well situated. The food was good and reasonably portioned. Friendly and professional service. even during a lunch rush the place was clean ,no overflowing trash, and the condiments were not flung all over. Floor was clean. I recommend for a quick, Friendly, and comfortable meal.
This location was out of the following items.Nuggets, popcorn shrimp, butterfly shrimp chicken sandwich, fries, Mac and cheese, large cups, side cups, boxes, sporks.I finally ordered something they had a received 2 pieces of chicken in a paper bag with no box, side of red beans in rice in a drinking cup, a spoon that they bought from Walmart that wasn’t individually wrapped.Do not go to this location or the other ones in Springfield. Nixa is overpriced, but at least they have everything available.
Manager is in dire straits, high strung and could use more customer service training for sure… food not to be desired, chicken sandwich was cold and lacked paying attention to how I wanted my sandwich… so take a breath Mr. Manager and work on good food and customer service skills, there’s always tomorrow!
