Waited in the drive through for well over 35 minutes before even ordering. Was told they were short staffed even though there were 2 workers in the back hosing things down and chatting.... finally got my food and it was cold. Unreal honestly. Will never be back to this location.
Outstanding service! Frozen strawberry lemonade was great. They had spicy chicken ready when we ordered. Good meal
Don’t EVER order Popeyes of any location in Springfield for delivery!!!!! I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered food from here atleast 5 times for delivery and EVERY SINGLE TIME it has been wrong or disgustingly undercooked. There has never been a time i have ordered Popeyes and it be correct. After that many times, there’s no excuse. I once received under cooked chicken sandwich and when i called she told me the guy was new and no one was watching him cook. Understandable, so i take the loss and reorder(I’m at work which is why i need it delivered). And again, RAW CHICKEN SANDWICH, and when i called back she acted like i was lying saying it wasn’t undercooked when it clearly was? Even after this experience i have continued to order it and not to my suprise, there’s an issue every. Single. Time. And managers at any store don’t seem to care when you call to tell them. If i could give negative stars i would.
The customer service was lackadaisical at best from the get go. Then I was informed they were out of fries quite curtly in the middle of ordering, and the chicken ended up honestly being worth maybe half of what I paid taste-wise. I've had equal or better from Walmart or a grocery store.Honestly don't think I'll be back to one anytime soon, especially this location. The only reason I'm not giving only one star is because my order was out surprisingly quick, and the strawberry Fanta was fire.
The chicken was hard, been left under the light to long. The potatoes were good. There was no silverware or napkins and you are not able to go inside so silverware would be nice to have
This place in Springfield mo on Kearney St. is the slowest Popeyes I’ve ever been to. It took 20 mins just to take 2 orders!! This is pathetic. Just like most of the people working here. Never go to this location!! Every other location in the world is better than this one. Pathetic
I ordered a 4-piece combo all dark meat. They gave me 2 wings, 1 drumstick, and 1 breast. This is the 2nd time they did this to my order. They were not busy. They did not say they didn't have all dark meat. Either of those messages would have lead me to only order a 2-piece meal and be perfectly happy.
Very good service and food was hot and delicious and fresh . Maybe Glenstone can learn from this location. We stopped @ The Glenstone store first and they flat out lied to us and said their dining room was closed and only taking pickup orders only. I told the guy he should remove his signs . He said what sign? I said the one that said dining room is open . April 24 2022 .
As always, the food was phenomenal. The service left something to be desired. The 2 people ahead of me in line were not addressed for a solid 5 minutes of waiting. I waited another 5 to 10 minutes before anyone talked to me. I'm glad I had put in my order online or I would have been waiting 30 minutes or more. Again, food was excellent. The workers were polite when they spoke to me, but I think we can do better about welcoming folks as they walk in the door and giving some idea of the expected wait time.
Do not bother coming here. I waited in line 22 minutes to order, finally get to the speaker and they have no utensils, no cash to make change, no large cups, and no beignets...... waited at the speaker another 8 minutes before someone took my order and another 25 minutes to get my food. Seriously? An hour for fast food chicken?
