This Pizza Hut location on Kearney had excellent and efficient service! I highly recommend it. As always, delicious pizza!

They can never get me to the correct store that will deliver to they will take my order then say "oh we don't deliver to you but we'll transfer you" then on hold for 10+ minutes and THIS IS AT EVERY PIZZA HUT!!!! I'm leaving a review for every Pizza Hut, don't waste your time ordering from them!

I swear. 2 times out of 3 they forget to add the sauce on top. Even after mixing the wings, the sauce barely cover 2 pieces of chicken. And it's only with the Parm garlic that this happens. The sweet chili is covered well and the pep pizza is made good. But come on... seriously?!

Ehhh, I'd recommend a different Pizza Hut in town.

Service was great but my boneless wings were dry and hard in the past they looked to be tossed in Buffalo sauce now it appeared they were baked in sauce maybe a little too long maybe that's a new procedure?

I was not called or notified, in any way, that my order arrived. Therefore I was left waiting for my order for 45 minutes until going to the front office to find me food in the lobby. I also ordered 2 ranch dips and I received none. Not ordering from this place again.

Staff working was nice. Placed order in person for carry out and even with being busy order was ready in 15 minutes.

Pizza was cold even after I complained and they brought me a 2nd order. I usually go with Dominoes but really wanted the Cinnabons today. Plus it wasn't really cooked all the way through this time. Called and complained the 1st time excuse was they was short staffed. Well where I work I don't think we have been fully staffed for 3 years or better and yet still manage to get all of our stuff done in a timely manor we just work together as a team and help out where we can. Not gonna complain again no point in it they are absolutely ridiculous.

Finally done with Pizza Hut, sadly to say. I gave them 3 different tries & they've failed each times. My pizzas seem to have little to no sauce on them especially in the middle. I even offer to pay for EXTRA sauce & they say, oh don't worry about it. It's even on the receipt for the order yet still little to no sauce. So I'm done spending 20➕$ & not getting what I ask for. I wish Rossati's was still open. Everyone's been talking about how the prices @ food places are going up & the quality is on a steady decline, it's totally true. Now I'm on the hunt for a new pizza eatery.

Pizza has downgraded in quality over the past 10 years, its worse than highschool pizza now, and the bread sticks are even more blan, go to godfathers, dominos, even cicis is better, and little ceasers but only because they have an amazing seasoning packet called zap packs you can spread on their otherwise cardboard pizza. Seriously those zap packs can go on many things.
