A Springfield Tradition! Best thin crust pizza in town!
Great pizza and unique vintage vibe. You will feel like you stepped back in time a many decades to a simpler time. And the St. Louis-style pizza is some of the best in Springfield! Service was a little slow, but it was lunch time during the week, so I'm sure everyone was busy.
I say this from the bottom of my heart the food here is excellent, beyond amazing. However the reason I’m giving this a 1 star review was because of very rude customer service from one of the owners. This was the first time my friends and I have been to this establishment all of the staff including Emily, DJ and Andrew were all stellar. However upon sitting down we were instantly being rushed to order and talked rudely too by Stacy, she did seem to get nicer throughout the night but it kinda of killed our first impressions. I will say the food and the rest of the staff alone is worth it to return.
Best pizza place in Springfield. We got the cheese burger pizza and the 3 meat. It was fresh and we love the thin crust. Sooo good!! BTW the staff are amazing and so friendly. You can tell they care about quality and value their customers.
It's a little greasy but it's also one of the best pizza places in town! It's also a local restaurant so you gotta support our local business! I also love thin crust pizza and the square bites because it's the equivalent of donut holes but in pizza form.
As a thin crust pizza fan, Pizza House by far has the best thin crust in Springfield. I had been wanting to go here for a long time and I'm so glad that I did, as it has now become my favorite pizza place!
Best Pizza in town! Or, anywhere I’ve had pizza! There are a lot of good places to have pizza. This just happens to be my favorite! Always Consistent plus the salads are very fresh
We are from St. Louis, the home of the thin crust pizza, and I have to say, this is the thinnest crust I have ever seen! It was awesome, crisp and loaded with toppings. If you are into bready, crusty pizza, this is not the pizza for you. But if you like the toppings more than the crust, this is spot on.
First time here…was driving through Springfield looking for a good place to eat. Decided to give it a try. We loved it. The atmosphere was very cool and they played the best 80’s music. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful explaining about the food they serve. We got the lunch for 2. Cost about $20. We got a large pizza two salads and a drink. The pizza was soooo good. They do have extremely thin crust but I assure it was the best pizza I’ve probably ever had. We liked it so much we placed an order to go so we could have it for summer or lunch tomorrow. We Will definitely go back next time we are in Springfield. If you are considering giving it a try….then do it.
Delicious pizza. Great family feel.Now I'm going to tell you a little story about the time my son projectile vomited all over Pizza House.Long day. We're from out of town. Three young boys. The youngest, about thirty minutes in, just barfarooskis his breakfast. I felt terrible for the other customers. Pizza House staff made it ok for everyone. They came willingly and helpfully, and during a pandemic! Who wants to deal with kids barf? No one! But our waitress and two other staffers made it a point to help us and assist surrounding customers so everyone was comfortable and all put back in order! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
