I just drove all the way here to find out that they are closed due to staffing issues. They cant keep staffing up I guess but should definitely notify google that they are closed.

Fast friendly service. Customer service is superb! Oh you get a free cookie ? on Tuesdays.

Terrible experience! Before I was greeted, the young guy behind the counter shoved a mask in my face and said there is a sign on the door saying "mask required"He was very rude.My state has dropped mask mandates a long time ago and I was not aware. The young man then proceeded to tell me that it has been in effect for over 1 year at that store, which is a lie because I frequently visit this location. At that point I just left and will never be back! There is a way to conduct business professionally and this was just a not ok,treating customers like GERMS!Hope they can train cashiers to be more professional. The date was 2/20/22, just in case Corporate would like to address this issue

Great subs! Fries could have been better! Mandatory mask mandate there! Just terrible

The Philly cheesesteak is absolutely amazing. And the staff was super nice. Super clean environment and the lighting was a vibe.

So I left a 1 star earlier, mainly because the rudeness of the staff asking “do you have a mask, if not then take one from here if you want to eat here the owner requires it.” The sandwich was pretty darn good, but customer service a little challenging to deal with, but I wore their mask as requested out of respect. So I added my review while in the restaurant based on my personal opinion of their requirements and the professionalism of the staff about it and the owner approached me about it while I was still eating. First round was a bit rude, then a second discussion went a little better and we agreed to disagree, but he was willing to come out and have an adult conversation with us about it. If I could suggest anything to this owner, it would be to approach this a little more professionally. Instead of snarky comments, understand why people give you the reviews they do. That’s business and all business owners and managers need to practice this more. Had the owner came to me and said “I saw your review, help me understand how you came to this conclusion so I can consider your concern, that would have made me change my review immediately. Professionalism and customer service is key to success. Taking offense and making sarcastic comments gets you nowhere. Consider other opinions and do good research before going with your requirements. JUST MY OPINION

Two years later the mask to enter rules is garbage.Cmon man, you're kidding right? That being said, very good fresh food.So I will make my original 1star a three star.I will update again the next time I visit as well.

Owner is MANDATING everyone wear mask. For a better sandwich and a more relaxing atmosphere, Just keep going west on Battlefield, and go to Chicago Cheesesteak Company.

My brother and mom went in today and the employee didn't ask my mom and brother to put on a mask, he threw them on the table and told them its not a request, it was a requirement. So they began to leave because the server was so rude, and as they began to leave the server began to talk trash as they walk out. Personally as someone who has been a server for almost 5 years now, thats extremely unprofessional. I understand that because of covid they need masks but please put up a sign and maybe hire some new servers cause thats absolutely ridiculous.Covid is still a thing and so is medical exemptions for wearing a mask, you cannot force someone to wear one. You are going to continue to lose business from the way you guys talk to your customers and treat others. Definitely will never eat here due to the absence of respect for the business and themselves and no respect for others

Yes, they require masks for now, but guess what they are a private business they are not beholden to you. If you don't agree you can turn around and go somewhere else. No one is stopping you but yourself. I bet everyone giving one stars because of the mask requirement would be some of the first to complain if a place was being forced to do business that went against a religious, political, or other personal belief of the owner. I don't agree with it and I respect their choice. I chose to dine somewhere else because of it, but in the future if they ever rescind the policy I might swing by. So props to the owner. I give 5 stars for sticking to your beliefs and freedom to exercise them.
