Very disappointed today with our takeout order. My antipasta salad had no cheese and minimal other ingredients layed on top of some lettuce. We ordered beef ravioli and received cheese. This use to be a place I would crave but not after today. ?
Basic Italian food done well. They keep it simple and make it consistently. I always know what to expect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Price was 13.46 last week. 18 for the same order this week. Your beef ravioli isn’t that good. I know inflation is hitting. Just disappointed that my favorite lunch break spot has raised prices.

Put an order in on the app, which has East in the 321 address and no East in the 3250 location. Long story short, CJ promptly texted and fixed the issue. Great customer service. Good thing, cause I've been all in on the manicotti since 2006
The goateed short man is the worst. Actually, I can’t decide if the pasta or that person is worse. Water was passable and the bread was good.
Walked in at 8:30 and asked if we could dine in. The lady and gentlemen the was working was very upset that we walked in and answered we close in 30 minutes I guess sure was her exact answer. So I walked out. Yes I will be calling in the morning to talk to a manger. If u don’t want guest before 9. Then close at 8:30
Extremely rude girl handling the to go orders. When I got there she said it would be ready in a couple of minutes so I sat down and waited. 10 minutes later, I asked her if my order was ready, she said “just a second“. After a few more minutes she bagged up the order, walked towards me and acted like she was going to hand me my order, then pulled it away from me when I reached out, then sat it on the counter. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful when I treated her with nothing but respect, waited patiently and was pleasant to her the whole time. I won’t ever be going to this location again and I’ll be telling everyone I know about this experience.
My husband and I always get pasta express, today we got it from Republic road. I got the pasta broccoli and added chicken, I wanted crusted chicken but they gave me grilled. It was unseasoned, chewy and just all around gross. The Alfredo sauce was like water and didnt have much taste, needless to say I threw it all in the trash and had to go cook some food. So disappointed
Just had Pasta Express on Battlefield in Springfield MO catering for Sho-Me Jeepers Jeep Club meeting. The food was amazing with large portions! The staff was easy to work with and pick up was simple! Highly recommend anyone looking for great food and great pricing.... to go check them out!
