The pizza was a little bit pricey but it was super delicious. It was easy to order and it was ready when they said it would be. It's nice I didn't even know they had vegan pizza here definitely be back.
Ordered a build your own pizza to include pickles. After almost 2 hours the pizza was delivered with pickles on the side. Waitress said, oops, sorry, they forgot to put it on. This place is horrible. We will never come back. Lake of the Ozarks and St. Robert is definitely better. I wish they had zero starts for a rating.
The blonde girl waitress with over sized glasses was extremely rude to customers when i walked in. They asked for the manager and she just said im not the manager and walked away. Then she came over to me and i asked how long of a wait it is and she rudely responded with an extreme attitude that it was 30 min. And we are very busy and started walking away. I said wait hold on im not done. How long is it taking to fill an order and she again responded with an attitude and walking away while saying it, that its 30 to 45 minutes, again we are very busy. There was no line and clear opened seating. Not coming here while this chick is working here.
We love Pappo’s! We’ve visited this location many times during our visits to Springfield over the last 4 years while our son attended MSU. He graduated this Spring and we wanted to share their amazing food with our family. We had Pappo’s cater the graduation party. Everyone raved over the pizzas (Meat Lovers, Chicken Bacon Cheddar, Buffalo Chicken, Pepperoni and Cheese), the Italian salad, Toasted Ravioli and Breadsticks. Everything was hot and ready at the designated pick up time. They offered plates, napkins and utensils, but we already had that covered. The next morning at breakfast everyone was still talking about how good the food was.
mediocre pizza with extravagant prices, terrible service, no one to call with problems (which could have helped solve my delivery problems), incompetent staff. would never return.

Both my husband and I enjoyed the pizza and beer selection. It was clean inside and the service was great. The best part was the brown butter chocolate chip cookies. So glad we brought some home!
Our waiter somehow lost our ticket so we waited for 30 minutes until he came by to inform us and then he did not give an update after. We spent an hour waiting and never got a pizza. I’ve been to this place before and the pizza is decent, but this experience will make sure I never come back.
