I do not leave bad reviews. I know serving the public is not easy but when I have an experience that is absolutely outrageous I feel the need to warn others. I always give everyone the opportunity to fix an issue. Should've read these reviews before ordering this location. We were delivered the wrong pizza. It had no meat on it. We called and said they gave us the wrong pizza. He said they would make a new one and deliver it but that they'd take the old one back. (Which I don't care. I don't want a no meat pizza anyway. That wasn't a problem.) Then he told us that since we each had a slice they'd take 2 out of the new one before they delivered it. Excuse me? What kind of policy is that? YOU made a mistake and gave us the wrong pizza which of course we didn't know until we both already got a piece and started eating and we're getting punished and aren't entitled to our FULL and CORRECT order that we paid for?!?! No. Never again. Updated to add they re delivered and it's still wrong. Paid extra for stuffed crust and it isn't. It also is the full pizza though. They didn't actually take 2 pieces out like he said and the delivery driver was great. No issues with him.

I give no stars for the simple fact my signature other and I ordered food for delivery. No one showed, there was no knock, no food outside the door, and NO PHONE CALL. Then when we called it in the person speaking on the phone has an attitude but agreed to make us our food again and send it out. HOWEVER, again no food, no knock and NO PHONE CALL. AND NOW THEY ARE CLOSED. The original wait time for our food was 30 to 40 mins. I'm very disappointed in Papa John's especially how they took our money and did not give what we paid for.

Ordered a cheese pizza for delivery tonight. Driver was friendly and it arrived exactly on time. The pizza however was not soft and fluffy like the box says. Kinda hard like it had been sitting on the heat rack for a while. Flavor was okay. Not worth the 18.99 price tag tho. Meh pizza. Better customer service.

I will say papa John's is my all time favorite and when I found out they deliver to my new house I was excited. However I ordered the new stuffed pizza and spicy bites. The pizza was so cold and burnt this will not stop me from ordering in the future but I hope the next time is a better experience

Ingredients are pretty good but the staff needs better training when they had their New York style pizza and I love a nice paper thin crust I barely got anything close to what real New York style pizza is make that crust thinner guys

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza in store. Was told it would take 30-45 minutes. Came back after 45 minutes and they couldn’t find my order. Had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes to get my pizza. Very disorganized place.

My order was estimated to take 80 minutes and I called after it had been over an hour and a half to see what was taking so long. They said our pizza would be there 2 hours after we ordered so I asked for a discount or at least a credit and a male manager said no. I then just asked them to cancel our order and the manager hung up on me. Very unprofessional manager.

If I could give negative stars, I honestly would. Helping to do a move out this week and ordered two Philly papadias. Open first opening the box, i noticed it wasn't folded properly which caused issue holding it properly. The inside of mine was only partially melted and all of the veggies were crunchy. My mom's was even worse. It almost looked like they just set a small Philly 'pizza' in the box and then just closed the box to fold it. It was a MESS. the center of hers also had unmelted cheese and she complained of onions and peppers being basically raw.I am a firm believer of allowing the business the opportunity to fix their mistake and so I called immediately and spoke to a gentleman about the issues. He told me he could just void out the purchase if that would help. I told him we were hungry and in the process of a move so I would prefer to have it replaced. He told me it would be about 2 hours wait. I told him okay that's fine just void it. He said he would do that and then he told me he understood the aggravation so he was going to also put down a credit for two free papadias. He said to just make sure to let the store know and they would see the credits.Today, still moving, and thought we should go ahead and use those credits. Talked to a lady at the store and she said she didn't see any. I gave her a different phone number and told her what had happened and what had been said. She told me that she was 'the only one on site today,' and that she 'didn't see any credits. Sorry.' I got off the phone and had my mom check to make sure he at least refunded the purchase which he did thankfully.Don't promise things to customers if you can't follow through, especially if you are the one who offers it. Very aggravating. But by the recent reviews and photos I can see that I'm sadly not the only person to experience these issues.

Waited three hours for this? Trust me I didn’t even eat a slice of the pizza. Glad they gave me my ranch! Used it for the pizza rolls I cooked up after I saw what I paid 48 bucks for. Not a zero star option?

This location is not worth the 1star strictly because of customer service. I ordered two pizzas, breadsticks and jalapeño rolls/bites and when they arrived the garlic sauce in the breadsticks had been smashed and leaked and soaked everything. I called and requested a replacement breadstick order as they were the worst damaged and swimming in the sauce from their box. I was told they would need the bad breadsticks to replace and I said that is fine but the kids had taken a few already. "JUSTIN" proceeded to tell me then they can't be that bad if they ate some and he didn't see a problem. As I was explaining to him the kids don't care but I do that my order was ruined he decided to hang up on me. I will be taking this as far as I can up the chain of command to be resolved.
