Ordering online was simple and easy to use, as always, and I've never had any issue with a Papa John's before - but this may actually be the worst fast food experience I've ever had with a pizza place.While the order was fast, it was not delivered with any inkling of care. The following acts were all watched on our Ring camera, because we have dogs and prefer them not be woken when sleeping: The delivery driver could barely walk up the stairs, like she was drunk or on something, then, she proceeded to take the pizza out of the box of vertically, dangle it, and then plop it onto the porch. When she was getting ready to leave, she decided to loiter in front of our driveway, doing something in her trunk, for several minutes before leaving.Upon opening the box, the entire pizza was squished and the toppings all shifted to one side. The crust on the pizza was thinner than most printer paper.We decided to call them and report it to the manager. We explain to him the whole situation, and even offered to send him the camera footage. He said that it was not necessary and that he believed us, and he explained that when extra sauce is ordered on a pizza it tends to get soggy. I understand this, because I like to order extra sauce on most of my pizzas, however, there was no crust for the sauce to sit on to become soggy. The bottom crust was damn near non-existent. He apologized for the delivery driver and explained that she was new, but that's still no excuse to hold a piece of vertically. He offered to send another Pizza and we requested that it be delivered by a different delivery driver.
I walked in & ordered a pizza. Casey took my order, repeated everything back to me (perfectly) and watched my pizza process. She smiled a lot & kept me informed. She watched the guy start cutting my pizza & reminded him I wanted the diamond cut. The pizza was FABULOUS!! We will be back again because of a friendly face, Casey!! Thanks Girl!!
Ordered on the 26th. An hour after ordering still no delivery. Called and was told and was told they were short staffed but they had brought in door dash drivers to help. Another hour passed and still no delivery. Called again and manager attempted to contact driver but it was determined the door dash driver ran off with the order. They were kind enough to resend out the order but items were missing and did not arrive until 1230. Due to multiple issues aside from this incident my family will not order from this chain again.
The food tastes good, but if you order online I can promise you will not get any dipping sauces that you order. I have been understanding in the past, but this is the third time I have not gotten something that I paid for. The employee even assured my fiance that they were in the box. If you order online I suggest choosing a different location.
Ordered pizza, said 33 minutes and it would be delivered. Called an hour later after the delivery time and they said it should have been delivered and the driver should have contacted me. Would like to say this is the first time this has happened but it not. 2 times we have gotten the wrong pizza or been told they delivered our pizza to someone else.
Spent $51.51 including $6.28 tip on pizza just to be disappointed and not receive items I was told was replaced with other items. I got home and found out the garlic sauce they was out of and was suppose to be replaced by ranch was no where to be found. So I wasn’t reimbursed nor did I receive my product paid for. Don’t ever order extra toppings because you won’t get it. I ordered a one topping epic stuff crust with bacon and paid for extra bacon. I had hardly any bacon on my pizza. My other pizza, which, was the same, but with two toppings and half jalapeño. That pizza had hardly any meat on it. So I paid extra for this and extra for that and did t receive any of it. Highly disappointed!! I will stick with buying frozen pizza.
Well…I won’t be ordering from this location ever again. The girl that took my order over the phone sold me on the stuffed crust pizza then asked me if I wanted extra garlic butter and I told her yes. I also ordered chicken poppers with a buffalo and ranch dipping sauce. And out of all the sauces I was supposed to get I only got the buffalo.
An embarrassment to the papa John's brand. Showed up an hour late. Cold. And messed up. Manager on duty acted like it was not his problem and ok. Horrible experience
Stopped in today for the first time and won't be back! Don't know about the pizza because I'm waiting in my car waiting for it to get done,the reason I give it one star is because of the customer service,the young lady who took my order acted like she didn't care if you ordered from here or not,then asked how much a large single topping pizza would cost she said she wouldn't know unless she looked ,and that was it,I just felt really strong that I was just a burden on her to even take my order or ask a question....update! Pizza was good,customer service sucked but will definitely try a different location in the future
This is probably the best pizza place in a 3 hour radius. For being Papa John’s they always seem to take extra care on the making of the pizzas and cheese sticks and wings. They are fast and friendly and such a clean environment that they make the pizza. It’s a relief compared to the other pizza places in town they’re rude and the food is gross. My pizzas are always packed with cheese and toppings! I’ll be coming back here a lot more
