Good food. Sometimes your drink order just gets bumped they don't put the cup out so you gotta say something to them but it's not that big of a deal in my opinion the food is always fresh and good and then have really friendly staff
My husband & I went through the drive-thru today. The food was great (as usual) and the lady that took our order was friendly. However, I ordered a broccoli cheddar Mac & cheese, and they gave me a regular Mac & cheese. Additionally, they didn’t give any napkins or silverware, so we had to wait awhile to eat our food. By then it was nearly cold.
The last few experiences at the South Campbell location, have us not wanting to come back. The food quality has consistently gone down. Last night we spent over $70, to get home and find the sandwiches were missing ingredients (no pickled onions), were messy and clearly thrown together. The new Signature chicken sandwich was super dry and only had tiny hints of lettuce and parmesean crisps. Looked worse than McDonalds food. Salads were wilted and no dressing. We were so upset, but of course had driven all the way home, so no real way to fix it. Sad. Used to be my favorite place to eat. No more
I ordered a Mac n cheese sandwich and asked for chicken on it, there was no chicken. I also asked for honey walnut butter I think it was and didn’t receive that either and the Mac and cheese was charred to a crisp n not a good kind. Love Panera but this experience just kinda sucked. I also live abt 40 mins away so I couldn’t do anything abt it because they closed by the time I got home n checked my food.Edit: I’d like to add that I was not given a receipt at the window so if I paid for the extra ingredients I have no idea and the boy at the window while sweet and polite forgot to hand me my drink and I almost drove off without it. Do not be mean to Parker for this it wasn’t his fault he almost forgot my drink we all have those days. But I am mad at the girl who took my order and did not give me my chicken. Luckily I paid with card and have a statement Showing what time and where I bought the food so hopefully this situation can be handled.
Panera is just not good anymore. It's too expensive and the food quality has become very poor. I couldn't even eat half of the teriyaki bowl I ordered because the chicken was fatty and chewy and seriously just grossed me out. I used to eat here a few times a month, but I won't be back.
I ordered a pick two from Panera on South Campbell using the UberEats app. I got the corn chowder soup and the poppyseed chicken salad. I went to take a bite of a strawberry and there was a bug on it. A dead bug. I’m very very unhappy about this.
Excelente servicio para comer
Arrived on a Friday around noon, and only one person ahead of us in line to place our order. My wife got the turkey bacon bravo sandwich on tomato basil bread, and I got the smokey bbq chicken sandwich. Both were very tasty and fresh. Bread is made fresh on site, daily. Ite was a little busy, but we didn't have any trouble finding a table.
Check your order before you pull off from the drive thru. Twice now I've over paid to get home to have only half the order I paid for. With the long drive thru times this can be especially irritating, but besides that it's your average Panera good food that's slightly overpriced. Giving 3 stars only because of my missing food experiences. Otherwise would be a 4 maybe 5
Even though it can be a little pricey, 47.00 for 2 for lunch, the food is always delicious, and the staff friendly. But the breads are to die for, enjoyed the bear claw ( actually made with almond paste, not apples )
