CHECK THE BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE.Unfortunately, this location consistently does not give you all the food you ordered and paid for, or gives you the wrong things. I'd say 75% of the time they miss things. In the past, I've called them about it and they've been dismissive and even if I drive back over there, they do not offer coupons, apologies, nothing. Just have to spend another 20+ minutes in the car to get the food I paid for. I don't know why this is such a consistent issue at this location. I hope they're able to address it at some point because the food is good (when you get it).
Unfortunately this is the most convenient or I would not come to this location. Consistently rude staff who struggle to take accurate orders and then struggle to fill the order without mistakes. Check the order before you leave because chances are high that they didn't get it right. Wait time in drive thru is long, even when it's not busy. If you place a large order, just do yourself a favor and don't show up until 20 minutes after it is supposed to be ready. It won't be ready on time. Finally leaving this review after going here many times. This is not a one time experience, but a problematic pattern. Just a fair warning in case you are having a hard day and think a Panera treat might be fun. It's not. Unless you think that dealing with subpar customer service is enjoyable, go somewhere else.
Terrible service and quality. Slow, rude, yet somehow indignant every time they mess up an order (which happens all the time).This Panera is reason enough to cancel their coffee subscription and avoid like the plague.
Drive thru is extremely slow. We had 3 cars in front of us and it took us 45 minutes to get through the line. This happens consistently. Not very impressed.
I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and basically, it was made of 2 thick slices of tomato, a huge amount of lettuce and one teaspoon of chicken salad. It was like eating a lettuce sandwich and this was not cheap either. Never wasting my money here again.
Everyone loved the bagels. Bought a bagel pack for work and had no leftover . Went through the drive thru and had speedy service. Thank you!
Tried the pepperoni flatbread today. I enjoyed it but found it a bit pricey. Great place to study and work in a casual environment. Staff was super helpful and kind.
Best Panera location in SGF and surrounding area off Sunshine on the east side of Springfield, MO. Very easy to order ahead or for dine in experience. Always clean and friendly.
Always good. I enjoyed the seasonal Autumn squash soup and chipotle avocado turkey sandwich. Their cappuccinos are awesome too. I enjoyed that along with a pumpkin cookie. I really splurged and enjoyed it all.
When we dined at Panera we waited in like for 10 minutes. Not that the wait was a problem but the cashier was extremely rude to the customer in front of us and not once apologized to the old fellow in front of us. Isaac took our order and honestly he should not deal with customers. In the middle of our order, walked away without an explanation. The lobby maybe had 3 couples. Then when we received our food, my chicken was frozen in the middle. I had ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt. Overall, just a poor experience. Will not be returning.
