The manager went above and beyond when the delivery with DoorDash went bad in every possible way. I'm a traveller to the area, but if every Panera has the same customer-centric focus, I'm a fan for life!

My wife and I have eaten at Panera Bread before. However, this particular location is certainly not living up to the reputation that the chain has had, in the past. We stopped by between 1:30 and 2:00 pm on a Sunday afternoon. They had 'a special up on the board that said Chef's Choice Signature Chicken sandwich on a Brioche bun, with free drink. So, we both ordered one of these sandwich and drink deals, only to be told that it didn't start until tomorrow. The cashier said that she didn't know anything about it, even though it was on the menu right behind her. She was nice enough to give us the deal anyway. We then waited for 25 minutes, and still didn't have our meal, so we asked a waitress. She checked on it and said that they were out of brioche buns, and did we want it on bread? I asked if they had any other type of bun (after all it is the Panera Bread Company), and she said no. So, we had to eat it on white bread, which certainly did not add to the flavor of the chicken. The floors were dirty, and one exit was taped in an "X" saying that it was out of order. We will NOT go to this location again, and if the other locations are like that, we will stop going to this restaurant chain altogether.

I've been here four times as I travelled and I really enjoy this Panera. It is a sugar cane syrup out location which is always a good start! The interior is a little dated but it's still comfortable and I like the shared building with the library.-Mahoney

They were very pleasant! The food was delivered in a timely manner, also the food we ordered was very good!! We will go back!!

I like this store a lot. Not sure why things changed recently but I didn't feel like a customer. Ordered a coffee on the app so I can walk in, go to the pick up shelf and go. Just a receipt with my name and an empty cup. Why order on the app if you have to come in and do the job yourself. Should I wipe down a few tables and sweep while I am at it too?

This is one of my wife's favorite places to eat, we had pretty much stopped going because they had some very unfriendly staff. We stopped in last night super awesome staff now friendly and helpful. The food is the same, after all it is a chain restaurant. Definitely worth the stop

1st time I ever found Panera not up to standard. New flavor soup not bad but I PREFER their other flavors. The columbia flavor coffee warm not hot. Went back 20 minutes later worse. I did not try other coffee. 1st time I had inferior experience. I hope it is my last. I will return. Time 2:20pm. Approx -3:20pm

Very nice. Sitting area for groups. Visited it with 16 if my High School friends. Great food.

This is a wonderful Panera! The employees are always welcoming and courteous. I have never had a bad experience with order pickups or dining in. They have hot coffee with everything you need to make it perfect. They also package everything carefully and make sure you leave happy.

The people who work here are nice. Let me just get that out of the way.The bread is either a gluten glob of pinchable, rollable dough, or a hard tack level stone that weighs down your feeble paper bag. The only way to properly eat Panera bread is to soak it like some 14th century peasant in a soup. Which, by the way, you better hope they have.Alright, so bear with me. I get the "Warm Mediterranean Salad", the one you can add chicken to. I never add chicken. Firstly, "warm" is an overstatement. I assume the company believes that if you microwave rice and place it at the bottom of a bowl then add about 3 lbs of ice cold verging on ice cubed vegetables on top, it makes it "warm". That's not the case. Its cold. It's a cold salad.Like I said, the people are nice. But holy hell the flavor of their arugula is horrible. It tastes like bleach and grass. They couple this with a massive glob of "hummus" which, again, its nearly frozen ice cream at this point so you can imagine how easy it is to mix with the rest of your salad. Imagine bleach and grass flavored tissue paper that you try to mix with frozen peanut butter. It's a horrible time.Anyway, add some other polar express frozen veggies on top of some rice that was warmed up for 15 seconds and you the basic "warm" Panera Salad. Everything tastes cold, like bleach, or ear wax.I can't recommend the menu items at this location.
