I've heard a lot about Outback steakhouses, when me and my 2 friends went a couple nights ago we were expecting a lot better. Our server (McKenzie, I think) She was spectacular and very sweet. However , the kitchen side of things could have been way better. They were out of most the steak options on a Monday. As you can see in the picture the fryer oil hadn't been changed in God knows how long. The coconut shrimp didn't taste nearly what I think they should have and was extra crispy because the oil was past it's prime by more than a few days. The veggies were not seasoned and more on the raw side vs. cooked or steamed. The baked potato was old and dry. Was probably sitting under a warmer forever. The Ribeye, however was indeed pretty tasty especially with the garlic butter add on. One of my friends got shrimp on top of rice, there were shells of shrimp all throughout his rice and he said the shrimp was almost inedible. The only plate that came out that was per my 2nd friends words was the prime rib or Philly sandwich which he said " delightful" I think we would have been overall more satisfied with Applebee's or red lobster. Of course , this is a review of my personal experience and opinion. But being a GM of a different restaurant I am naturally more critical but fair. We definitely expected better.
Had a great meal tonight with my family! They actually listened to my steak order and cooked it appropriately. This doesn't happen often when I eat out. All of us found options we liked and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The waitress was excellent. She knew how often to approach our table and did a great job.
This place always serves great food. The food is always cooked exactly how you want it.The food however is always high in sodium so drink plenty of water. It's just how they do it here.Most of the time I get a great server. Drinks are full and no worries. Sometimes though I'll get one that just isn't on top of their game.All in all... A good place to heat.
The food there was super fantastic. The waitress was phenomenal and the whole atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely rate this as tje best steakhouse EVER!!!!

Excellent food and service! Definitely a 5 star Outback! Tried the new strawberry salad, everything was perfect.
The manager Heaven is amazing and takes astounding care of her guests! She made sure everything was perfect and gave a great vibe to our lunch! Riley was our waitress and she was just as amazing! She made sure our drinks were never empty and treated us as family. The food was perfect and well prepared! Will recommend this outback to anyone looking for a fine dining restaurant that will go above and beyond!

I'm so upset right now. My boyfriend was nice and brought me a steak salad from outback to bring me to work for lunch. A $20 steak salad. They gave me vinegar as my dressing. Not vinaigrette. Was supposed to have blue cheese and pecans. Nope and nope. And the steak is fatty and barely cooked. Outback has permanently lost my business.
I ordered through uber. There was no sauce or anything with the ahi tuna and it looked old. I was scared to eat it. It didn't even look good. The blooming onion tasted like it was either fried in old oil or for too long, and just rushed. With everything getting more expensive, it's hard to justify this meal costing so much when quality was not there.
