We had lunch there, i ordered the veg pasta. For that i paid almost $30, in that there was a small amount of veggies and they just charge extra 16.73 for just add veggies. Wow this is really rediculous. Atleast please charge the customer the fair amount. Dont do this. I really dont like it.
My family and I went for lunchtime, all you can eat soup, salad & breadsticks.. it was delicious! Our server Tanisha or just " T " ? was OUTSTANDING! As a 30yr. veteran (retired) server, T was the best server I've ever had! Very courteous & pleasant, very knowledgeable and more than met our needs & wants that day, most of the time before we asked! I give T,☆☆☆☆☆We will go back, and insist on her as our server!
Just had a great experience here! As usual the food came out very quickly and was delicious. My parents forgot that they had a gift card and paid with credits on accident. Sam, the manager, was able to reverse that charge and let them use their gift card without any problems. I really appreciate her for doing that. I thought it was was very nice of her. Chloe was our server and she was fantastic, friendly and professional. She seemed to be able to predict what we wanted before we asked for it and was totally in tune with our table's needs. Anybody who gets Chloe as their server is guaranteed a good experience so if you do, make sure you tip her well!
I ate lunch here with my family and my half-brother's girlfriend on Mother's Day this year. I ordered a Cappuccino, which not only looked authentic for an Italian coffee drink, but even came with a small biscotto. I had a salad as well as their signature breadsticks. My main course was Eggplant Parmigiana, a vegetarian meal. All of it was delectable indeed for a vegetarian and Mediterranean lunch.
Everyone was great and super friendly. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. The only complaints I had was that out of our party of 5, one person's meal did not come out until about 10-15 minutes after everyone else's and the appetizer we ordered didn't come out until after everyone received their entrees. The staff was nice enough to comp us for the appetizer though which was really nice of them. The food was delicious, great flavoring, but I ordered gnocchi soup and out of 2 bowls only got 2 little balls of gnocchi. It was seasoned great and I ate the majority of it because it was delicious, but if you have an item called gnocchi soup, I expect gnocchi to actually be in the soup and not a bunch of chicken like I was served. It was a nice place with nice people but it wasn't quiet a 5 star visit for me.
Our food was delicious as always and arrived promptly. The problem was that our server never once removed a dirty plate, soup bowl, or salad bowl from our table. This was a special birthday lunch, and it was annoying to sit with all the clutter in front of us. I even had trouble finding a clean spot to place the little screen to pay my bill. I did leave a generous tip anyway but am not sure I will ever return to this location.
Had a wonderful server named Devon. Was very patient with our kids, was very friendly, always had a smile, kept drinks filled and had exceptional service! Our dinner was wonderful and extremely good. I can't talk higher of our server though he was absolutely the BEST!
Great food and great service! We had great food and drinks. Also great service. We did have a short wait for a table but that was expected.
Someone stole my spaghetti from me mid-meal. I followed him into the bathroom and beat him to death using a breadstick... BEST FAMILY DINING EXPERIENCE EVER! 5 STARS!!!!!
Food was good, prices were nice.! (Pre Covid prices) service was well, a bit slow at first but he got it together quickly.! Said no wait time online and there was a small wait time. Expect that… also we were seated near the bar and the bartender had a lot to say, very interesting hearing her input on fellow employees.!
