They gave us the correct order and it was hot. The ice tea was fresh and they had plenty of ice. The tables were clean and, unlike some McDonald's, it has an inviting atmosphere.
Great service and great team working today. Even caught a conversation of the employees encouraging one another and even cheering and clapping at another employees success. Great job y'all and breakfast was awesome!
Slowest drive through in townand has been for the last 20 years. Took 15 minutes to get a curbside order. Don't get why they push curbside when it's slower than the drive through but yet they push it as we can skip the line.
Located at National & St. Louis, in the price cutter parking lot. This place isn't only efficient but always quick to get you throw the drive thru line regardless how many times it has wrapped around the building!!!!!? It doesn't matter what side of town we're on, when the kids say McDonald this is where I'm going! I literally pulled in at the end of a line where I was barley in their parking lot it was so long! But even 10 minutes later, ( and yes! I timed them!!!!!) We had our order( which was huge and also correct!) and was pulling out the drive thru!!!! This is by far the best McDonald's in Springfield, Nixa, and surrounding areas!!!!!
One of the quickest Mc Donald's in town. Never have issues here. Also the owner of this particular store ( and others in town) puts on a Nativity Scene every year which I appreciate.
The morning crew at this McDonald’s is absolutely killing it in there. Very fast, efficient, and pleasant experience each time. Thanks for the good breakfast food and speedy service that gets me to work on time!
Smaller place to eat in. Better Asa drive through location. Worker was busy in the back. I had to tell back to ask if it was a kiosk ordering only location. The girl came up from doing something else and said no I can help you, after I stood there for 3 minutes.
This McDonald's is just like any other McDonald's except the service time in the drive through was exceptional. I barely had to wait at any window and they were busy. The team was on the ball.
They had a line out to the street in there drive-thru and when I finally got up to take my order they inform me that they are not taking cards cash only. When I complained about that the drive-thru person got all offended and I started trying to give my order and she told me she wasn't serving me so I told her off and will never be back
This location is one of my favorites. Never had an issue, always kind. Literally worth driving the distance. Foods always fresh! Great atmosphere!
