fast drive thru. order was perfect. my son in laws burger was to have no onions n no pickles. it’s was right on . people were pleasant and they were smiling. at rush hour of lunch rush. smiles were appreciated. thank you for great service
The employees were courteous and well kept, the timing of everything was handled with speed and with perfect quality. I recommend this McDonald's for anyone. Who wants a zero bs environment. Thank you.
I identified as doordash, and said my code. Shesked me to repeat it 4 times. Then when I said I've never needed 4 digits in the past, she said you never told me you were doordash. When I said that's the very first thing I said, she accused me of being rude!4 times repeating myself, then being accused of being rude. Nice customer service, I even unassigned my doordash from them.
McDonald's fluctuates just as most businesses that have a lot of turnover in their hiring department. I don't know if the workers realize that their attitudes, their demeanor, and their answers are reflected on McDonald's itself? But then again when you have teenagers working at night what more could you honestly expect? For their age knowledge and wisdom of what true life is for at least having a job, showing responsibility I'll have to give them a five. But the next review will be based on the workers themselves, their attitude, demeanor, and answers! Rude or cocky or otherwise I will base it up on them instead of McDonald's this time ??✌️
Worst McD experience in a while. Drive thru used. Not a single word of please, thank you etc. Heard from anyone just attitude. Had no clue what pick up window to use. Fries hot, rest only warmish.
My son needed to pee. They went inside so he wouldn't have to pee in the parking lot. Good boy, right? Their bathroom was locked! He wet himself and no apology was offered. Shame on you all!
No sodas available? Fish sandwiches were almost cold when we opened them! I've had better from here on other orders.
A good start in a days work is a good breakfast. That breakfast can set your mood for what they day may bring. For me it is a minor inconvenience. I ordered the Breakfast platter with hot cakes and did not receive any syrup! Besides that my experience was good.
We ordered two burgers, a large fry and a pack of cookies. It took so long in the drive thru that I was certain we were getting fresh, hot fries but they were barely warm enough to eat. One of the burgers was correct but the second burger ended up being a McDonald's with extra tomatoes which was not what I ordered or paid for at all and any hopes of the cookies being somewhat fresh were tossed out the window with the cold fries. I'm pretty used to my order being messed up somehow but usually only when I order more than 4 items.
Damn! what the heck! Got extremely GREAT service from this locations night crew today..especially the manager. Billy i think. Hope they can keep him..or I may be by with some of the jobs we offer....great credit to McDonald's.
