We went through this McDonald’s tonight. It was after midnight so we were expecting it to be super busy with a long wait. Surprisingly enough, it was a quick and very well organized trip through the drive thru. That’s why I’m giving them two stars instead of one. We asked them if they had a 20 piece nugget value meal. They told us that they did not so we ordered a 20 piece nugget and said that we would take a large fries and a large Coke to go with it. I then ordered a medium chocolate shake with a medium fries and also a large sized Big Mac meal. We paid for our food and then pulled up to be greeted by Phillip. He gave us the two large fountain drinks and our food then told us to have a good night. My husband tapped on the window and asked about getting the chocolate shake. He told us it would be a ten minute wait to get syrup into the machine if I really wanted chocolate, so we settled for strawberry. As he was fixing my shake, I checked the bag and noticed we were missing one of the large fries. When Phillip came back with the strawberry shake, we told him we were missing a large order of fries. He told us there were only two fries on the order. We explained that there should have been two large for the “meals” and a medium to go with the shake. When he returned with the fries we thanked him and my husband told him to have a blessed rest of the night. As we started to drive away he said, “Have fun with your free fries!” We looked at each other and were like “what was that about?!” So we stopped and checked the receipt. Sure enough, the man who took our order hadn’t rang in the large fries to make a meal out of the nuggets. The snarky way that he said it was so offensive and out of line… like after spending $31 we were trying to steal an order of fries! How dare we! So I took the only cash I had in my wallet, a five dollar bill, and marched up to the drive thru window like a professional Karen. I apologized to him and explained that after looking at the receipt we did in fact only get charged for two fries and I didn’t want him to think we were trying to steal from him. He said, “No no that’s alright… really.” To which I replied, “Obviously it wasn’t alright or you wouldn’t have made such a snarky remark to me about how we should have fun with our free fries.” Then I handed him the five dollar bill. He pocketed it and closed the window. I called the manager because it just hit me so wrong and she really could have cared less. She told me she would make a note of it… whatever that means. It’s really petty, I know, but I felt like it was an attack on my religious beliefs as we were both wearing shirts with a cross on it and my husband told him to have a blessed day. I just wanted to vent and ask that if you're the praying type that we all pray for Phillip to find peace in his heart and an understanding that people make mistakes.
By far the worst McDonald’s in history! If you go through the drive-through and order food you can expect to sit way longer than you should and then you might as well just go back around the building and right back through the drive-through because they messed up some thing and if you say something about them messing it up you’ll get cursed at
Fresh burger, fries, and ice-cream cone. Clean dining area and friendly girl that took my order. Nice to see young people listening to their music, working together, laughing, and enjoying their job like I did when I worked at McDonald's when I was a highschooler back in 1991...?
cheese wasnt melted and burger was cold.. like it sat there for 2 hours than slapped togther... wasnt my favorite cheeseburger. Mcchicken was good though. Best cocacola!
Ordered the large $1 unsweetened tea today. He said that will be $1.29. When I got to the window I asked about the price increase to which I was told taxes went up last night! Really? 29% for taxes?
This is for every McDonald’s not this specific location.... your hashbrowns are almost 2 dollars for one single that’s way too much also your breakfast burrito is two dollars and there’s barely anything in it they are so skinny you almost taste just as much rap as you do the stuff inside. And your new chicken sandwich is disgusting it’s a copycat of Popeyes and Chick-fil-A and for the price people might as well go to Popeyes and Chick-fil-A your prices keep going up you will eventually lose business outside of your value items. The size of these breakfast burritos don’t compare to the picture they’re super skinny barely anything in them on top of that there was paper stuck to the one that is unrolled of my breakfast burrito the smell was over seven dollars
Once again I never learned. I ordered two quarters pounder without cheese and extra pickles the meet tastes like it was in the holding bin for a while. Got home and I fries wasn't even warm. Even though they're busy drive thur was wrapped around.
Extremely Fast and still made sure everything was right.super friendly!Definitely know what McDonald’s I will going back to!!
Horrible costumer service!!!. Window gal was rude. Then it Wasn't even busy and I was asked to pull up!! Any way so I did and sat there for 20 minutes while I watched everyone else who arrived after I did get there food. I have worked 3 different fast food jobs in my life... No excuse for the service I had today. Very disappointed.
I ordered from here through doordash and it took almost an hour for my food to be delivered. Not mad at doordash but speaking as a past fast-food worker it would be unsatisfactory but as a customer it is even more so as my order looked to have been thrown together very poorly.
