Yesterday's visit was not the best one.I waited 45 minutes for a spud with steak (which was cold) and ultimate nachos. Staff was friendly but something wasn't going well in the kitchen.I appreciated the free cookie but definitely took way too long for two items.

Giving two stars rather than one because the employees and food at this location are great..only issue is that they close so early. Easily five stars if you stayed open like most typical restaurants do.

Great place to eat, The King Club is a monster sandwich, eat there often. Get great rewards and sometimes free delivery!

Service was a little slow but eventually very good. I didn't know that the store was about to close. Food was good but could have been hotter. The potato soup in the bread bowl is hearty but not overpowering. I recommend it highly.

We ordered food while on quarantine at 722pm and their pickup told us to be there at 738pm. Madison the manager said we threw your food out at 730pm when we closed. I advised her i was told to be there at 738pm and nothing about vlosing. She did not offer to get us soup and sandwich she said ill give you a free meal when you come in again. They were closed 6 min and could not repkg soup??? Their pickup instructions were not modified from new hrs. Horrible customer service. We were loyal customers!!!!

Great food and resturant, a little slow service but understand with new employees in training and limited staff. Still great.

Never been went today with a friend who wanted me to try it and great sandwich and the dumpling soup the young lady recommended was delicious. ?

Great place to eat but they removed my favorite sandwich from the menu. I hate that but still good sandwiches

Ordered 1/2 turkey sandwich 1/2 salad and realized there was only a small bite of turkey on it so took it back asking if it could remade or added. Manager said that can’t be since they use premade packets. I told her I pulled the bread back and it’s not there. She proceeded to get a fork and began combing through in an effort to find the missing turkey. She pointed to a small sliver on the corner and said there it is. I said it should be covering the entire sandwich not just on the corner edge. She said it’s probably under the cheese and I said no that’s just the bacon. So she said she could give me hot turkey in a cup to put on but by then my sandwich was in pieces from her rifling through it. Gluten free bread crumbles really easily. While she wes in the kitchen instructing the cooks, I heard her say the turkey must have gone to the other 1/2 when they cut the sandwich. So I ended up trying to eat hot turkey with my salad and the whole thing was just beyond gross. The entire experience was embarrassing and unpleasant. Very poor customer service at this location.

Even though they are mid lunch time rush, the employees were so very friendly, and made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manor! Very impressed!
