My husband and I ate the Wild West Shrimp as an appetizer which was huge & good. We had the Parmesan Crusted Chicken and Mashed Potatoes which was delicious! Service was slow, but overall a good experience. Restaurant was clean, Neatly Decorated, and a nice atmosphere. Definitely Recommend!
Went to celebrate our first Wedding Anniversary ??. The food at this location is as great as it was at the Branson location. The service was good as well. This restaurant is a favorite of ours when we want a delicious dinner to celebrate or a casual lunch when out running errands. Can't go wrong with Longhorn Steakhouse (photos are from our honeymoon, but we pretty much order the same thing, just wanted to include a shot of the food)
Staff was amazing, our waiter was extremely quick and always had drinks ready as soon as one was finished.Why I am giving 3 stars is when you pay for a $30+ steak to be Blue Rare it should come out at maximum Rare to no further than Medium Rare. Our stake was Medium Rare on the bone to medium all the way through.We did have a large table of others who wanted medium to well so I understand the kitchen had to make sure theirs where done. We did not send it back, and did eat it which was still very good just slightly disappointing at a steak house to be given a medium when asking for blue.
Ate here for mother's Day with my daughter and granddaughter and it was very enjoyable. Of course they were very busy but the waiting time wasn't that bad and our waitress was very nice and accommodating. She would be a keeper for sure. The appetizers were very good and my steak was cooked to my perfection very juicy and tasty.
Steak seasoned well and made to perfection. Lobster tail however was cold, not throughly cooked and over seasoned. Very good service...manager took off the cost of the lobster and apologized. Overall a good experience.
An Hour wait on a Saturday is nothing for good service, drinks and a perfectly cooked steak! Staff was courteous and friendly! Cheers! If this review helped you in anyway, hit that ??
I don't know how they make plain sirloin taste so good! Never had anything here that wasn't fabulous, and the wait staff is top notch. Don't be surprised if you have a little wait even when going early. They must be a little short staffed, but they only seat patrons as they can serve them well. It's always worth it!
Food was excellent but our waitress could use a bit of training. No drink refills, didn't even deliver our food to us, another waiter had to pick up her slack and serve us our food and get our tea refills, and steak sauce. As we were finishing our meal she came to check to see if our steaks were cooked the way we wanted. A bit late at that point. We weren't the only table he had to help out with either...if it wasn't for the food quality I would only give this visit a 1 star which is too bad because we've always loved LongHorn and visit often...might have to give Texas Roadhouse a visit.
Had to wait about 10 minutes at 11:30. This is due to their being short staffed. It was worth the short wait. When seated we were served very quickly and the steak (rib-eye) was amazing. Cooked just as we requested and very favorful. We split the steak and ordered an extra baked potato. They were very accommodating. This is our favorite Springfield steak house.
Amazing food, ordered my steak with steak sauce just to not even need it! Seasoned to perfection and the Mac n cheese was even better! the baked potato was done up proper! Worth the wait!
