The staff was friendly. It seemed like they were out of most of their ingredients. My kids love Boba tea. I have learned it is way too sweet for me. I did the peach tes with the bursting Boba. If you like sweet then you will like this.
Waited for 10 minutes for two teas that were very underwhelming and just okay. Not really worth the price unless you really gotta have that boba. Been other places that had better drinks. I won't drive across Springfield for it again.
I love love love this place! So many options and flavors to choose from! Only place I go to get boba.
When this place first opened up, the service was great and so were the products. The service has decreased dramatically. The products are still decent but the wait times are not worth it. Many people get skipped in line as well. Would not recommend or go again.
Hands down this is my favorite boba cafe. Service is always prompt and I never have to wait long for my drink. My favorite is their honeydew boba. Their rolled ice cream is really rich and they give you a lot of it.
First time trying boba and oh my gosh I came in on March 3rd 2022 around 1:45. The two people working there were nice and helpful, the gentleman at the front was informative, I let him pick my drink giving them some ideas of what I like. They made me a "Purple maze taro" a milk tea, and oh my gosh soooooo goood! Why haven't I tried this before? Will definitely be back with my other foodie crew!! This is also a great spot to relax, read a book, work on a paper. Furniture is welcoming, decor is nice, tables are great. SUPER CLEAN!! Setting and ambiance A+
I've been going here since it first opened, and although the product itself hasn't changed, the amount of people working there and coming there has risen quite a bit. This stuff tastes so good (better than the place in the mall, imo), and the price is reasonable. Also, I've brought people who didn't think they would like boba, and ended up loving coming here as well.
Gentleman working this morning was super nice! The Dragon milk tea is delicious and so is the toasted Oreo ice cream. Will definitely be back!
I paid for coffee jelly and black boba and I expect to get both in my drink. When I pointed it out to the girl working at the counter, she said “oh yes I just put a little more jelly instead”. I only got like 3 bobas inside my drink.Plus every time I come in, the workers seem really rude and not presentable.
The strawberry banana smoothie with lychee bursting boba was amazing!
