The food was really good, different from other restaurants around. Tried the black rice (which I had never heard of before) and it was really good. The hot stone bowl was fun - it was sizzling when brought to our table. Can't wait to try other combinations. Like other reviewers mentioned it is very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming and friendly!!
The Korean food here is not bad. The lunch box/bento box were pretty good and had the items you normally expect. The bibimbap and short ribs were steaming hot and tasty. Another positive is that the soup that it came with was not overly salty. The waitress was patient when we ordered and friendly throughout the meal.
Wonderfully kind staff. We were completely out of our element. But the cashier sweetly explained it all. The Plum Tea is down right amazing. The food was great and healthy!!! Will be going back soon and introducing more friends to the great place.
WOW my doctor recommended this place and I’m over the moon impressed. The service was amazing, I had a lot of questions she was so helpful in answering. She even came to my table after I received my food to show me what everything was. It was soooo good. Next time I want to try the traditional bowl. The appetizer rolls were amazing, the sauce ? I highly, highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back.
We really enjoyed our lunch here - it was very quick and the food was great. The bibimbap hot stone with bulgogi beef was especially good.
Was pretty bummed out that the spicy pork was watery and too sweet, didn't have any side dishes (like any Korean restaurant would when you order a dinner; i guess that's what "contemporary" means), and sent me a chopped cabbage with a mystery sauce when I ordered a bowl of white rice. Portion is too small for the price as well. I had better experience at a Korean restaurant in Alaska and this place is definitely not on the LA level.

First time picking up food here. Had Spicy Pork Bulgogi, salad, spring rolls and ordered a Kid's Chicken Teriyaki. Everything was delicious, fresh and well seasoned. One of the best parts was that the Kid's meal was actually just a smaller amount of their normal menu, fantastic flavor, excellent portion and had vegetables with it. Will return again and again!
Order at the counter, servers bring it to your table pretty quickly! Delicious!
