High rated restaurant? I don't think so. My friend and I were looking for a good Chinese restaurant for lunch so looked online and found this place. What a joke. We arrived just at noon when most places have customers waiting for a table. We were the only ones there!!! Highest rated!!!???A teenage girl I wouldn't even hire to babysit waited on us. Upon giving her the order she charged me a few dollars above the posted price for the meal!! I pointed this out to her and she became flustered and said that was what came up on the register. I informed her that LEGALLY she could NOT charge me above the posted price. She then called someone on the phone, her boss, I assume and they told her to take one dollar off!!! What a place!!! I again informed her she could not over charge me. She started yelling at us and some kid came out from the back who looked about 14. Top rated?!?!?! Now about 20 minutes had gone by and still we were the only "potential" customers there. We decided to leave. Will NOT be back. In fact I am contacting the BBB. This also bodes poorly on Grub-Hub!!!Lesson? When a parking lot is empty at the height of lunch/dinner hour don't stop. A sure sign of poor business.
Used to love eating here. Started coming here when he first opened. But here lately the last the last few times we've ordered it to go the quality of the food hasn't been very good the chicken is tough And chewy or stringy. And just tonight we thought we would try again because we had hopes it was just a couple of times. But nope tonight the rice is hard. Too afraid to chew it might hurt a tooth, and the sauce was actually cold and gelatinous. And my wife had cold chicken in her's .So I had to throw it in the microwave to eat it. Such a shame a place we enjoyed eating at has gone downhill.
My husband and I always go to this place when we are in town. It is the best place hands down that we have ever gone to. It offers menu items that are MSG free. They're moo goo gai pan is one of the best meals that my husband likes, and I love their general Chicken. Would recommend highly if you live Asian food. ?
Food was very good, but service was terrible. There was a young man with long hair, tall, slim, and looked stoned. He was not friendly. He took my mother's card and had it for five minutes and even walked around the corner where we couldn't see him with it. It's very sketchy. We won't be back. They should hire better help.
The food is honestly fantastic. But the menu change and the cost increase associated with it has made it less appetizing. $8.39 for a SMALL chicken fried rice just isn't worth it at that.The owner is absurdly nice, but the college kids seem to forget something each time, like the egg roll you pay $1.59 for.
Delicious! We look forward to eating their food! Drive thru is our preference and we’ve never been disappointed. The food is always delicious, hot, and good portion sizes. The crab Rangoon is eaten before we make it home. Yum! ?????
I normally do not leave a bad review. Tonight my husband and I had a friend visiting and we really wanted to try this place. There was 1 table waiting for food when we arrived. We stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes while several workers looked at us but never attempted to take our order. No one even said they would be right with us. It was several hours before closing time. Very disappointing customer service. Would not recommend.
I don’t recommend going here if you expect to get your food when they say you will. I called and placed and order, the employee I spoke too was very insistent about coming to pick it up at an exact time. After asking when it will be ready he said 15 minutes and that was the perfect amount of time for me to make it here on time. Upon arriving at the aforementioned time I had to wait over 40 minutes to receive my food. I under being busy, but I was the only customer inside and there had been maybe two cars waiting in the drive thru and they got they’re food before me. If I had known previously that drive thru is top priority then I would have just gone through it. I hope this establishment can learn to manage both in store orders and the drive thru at a more proportional rate. This is ridiculous.
The food was excellent, preparation was fast, and the staff was very friendly!
We LOVE the food from King's Asian Chef! I always get some variation of a chicken dish, and my GF LOVES their fried rice as well as their sushi! The owner, Perry, is always very friendly and engaging!
