Was out of sauce and chicken breast for sandwiches, and no sign or anything letting customers know that they are out.
Not good service at all. I just got back to work to find that ,after being very specific about the sauce I wanted with my 5 chicken strips, there weren't any included. Dillon, the manager I spoke with only offered to have me drive back up to the store for my sauce which was 10 min away. Unacceptable and I will not be going back!
Finally tried the new chicken sandwich and it was good. Am a bit disappointed about their reduced hours. I work nights and they close too early for me to stop in for supper.
Food is always good service is always good just the wait is FOREVER. Expect to wait in line 10-15 mins to order and another 15 minutes for your food. I know places have a hard time hiring right now but this problem predates the pandemic otherwise it would be 4 stars
Food was good as always! But it's frustrating that they still don't have done in open. Every other food place in town does except KFC I don't understand why they had all their dine in areas remodeled if they didn't plan on opening them up.
Why the dinning room is closed is beyond me. This is absolutely ridiculous. You cannot order the Long John Silver's menu in the app. You must go through the drive thru. I am in a semi truck and instead of being accommodating at all, the manager insisted I WALK through the drive through. Seriously!? I cannot drive a semi truck through your drive thru. And you want me to risk getting injured by WALKING through with all those cars. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD. So many places I will never give my business to again.
I had the new Chicken sandwich real crispy great..mom had mashpotatoes and brown gravey.good.hot and tasty reasonable price
Employees were very rude. Would not speak to us, order was all messed up.
After numerous mistakes over numerous visits, I will not be back. This last visit they forgot a part of my order, which happens a lot at this location. Since the lobby isn't open I waited in line again. The family meal I ordered is supposed to come with 6 sauces. I got none, no butter or honey either. When I got back to the window I asked for sauces, butter and honey. They gave me tartar sauce and malt vinegar for chicken and no butter or honey. I was not the only person in line who was having order issues. I tried to call up there and no one would pick up the phone. If they don't care about customer service they don't need customers.
I love KFC and this particular one is over an hour away from me but when i cosit a friend i pass it. The PLANT BASED chicken is amazing. Ive had it 2 times and cant wait to have it again. I wish there was a KFC neat me in Buffalo, Missouri hint hint!!! Seriously please keep the PB chicken around for ever!!!! Instill LOVE a good old Bucket of original recipe but having this PB option is amazing
