The drive thru girl was rude seemed bothered when they forgot out sauce we PAID for. Didn’t give us any the other sauce we asked for. No utensils. Very poor service.
It took nearly 40 minutes to pickup food in drive through. Defeats the purpose of fast food.Lady at the window wasn't rude but also wasn't sympathetic at all. Called corporate and CSR Alex was kind and willing to pass feedback along.
The chicken dinner we got was cooked too long. It was close to being burnt. The sides were ok. But as a whole, not worth the $35 I spent.
The Young Lady who took my order was a new worker, But took my order nicely and had patience on what we wanted to order, food tasted great..
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. FILTHY RESTAURANT. INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!
The shift manager was really kind and they made a point to double check that we got our order right. It did take a little long for a drive thru. I’m honestly disappointed that they still don’t have the lobby open.
They were strictly a drive thru location with no option to order inside the location even for takeout. The order wasn't correct when I received it.
That has to be the sorriest excuse for a chicken though I have ever seen. It's about half the size it should be. I guess I'll be going to Popeyes from now on.
It's a sad state of affairs that they don't allow dine in, the covid reason doesn't hold water anymore, what it comes down too is being too lazy to clean the lobby, isn't it intriguing how the news is now nothing but Ukraine and covid has all but disappeared, prior to Ukraine covid was all over the news.. It sure would be nice if these places would open back up, as most places already have.. I'm sure it doesn't phase them but I wonder how many customers leave and don't go to this location due to no dine in.
Didn't dislike. Was fine as a drive-thru eperience. Food was excellent.
