KFC on West Bypass, Springfield, MO is the worst place ever. Wait in line, got 4 cars ahead of me get to the speaker and I'm told at 1925 that we are actually closed, we closed like 10 minutes ago, I left and went to KFC on Kearney, there was a little wait but at least I got my chicken!!
Normally I love KFC but this location: don't go here! Not only was the customer service lousy, the attitudes bad but the wait time? Horrendous. The wait time wouldn't have been an issue had I not been the only one in the drive thru. Also I bought 2 drinks which I didn't get. Not going back there any time soon.... Not worth it!
For a place that has no dine in the place is filthy. There was ketchup packets all over the floor, napkins everywhere and workers personal items just playing on tables. One table had a workers wallet just laying there with no one around.Depending how close you visit to closing time you'll get hateful workers who don't wanna do their job.
If you love chicken this one's the place to be great service very polite and they don't try to rush you but please always let them know that you're thankful because even when they had a short man crew they still made it possible to keep the public happy thank you KFC oh yeah and always look up for KFC coupons and codes cuz some drive-thrus let you use them just make sure it's for at store purchases and you get good deals
This place sucks. Way to high. Lobby was unlocked but couldn't order. Lock the door then. 20 minutes waiting on this. Told me to move west side of building in the sun. If this wasn't for my mom I drive through your building
Always a good experience here, this last time my spicy chicken sandwich looked like the menu photo which was pretty awesome. Fries were a little lackluster so maybe pick a different side.
The food was very good but it took them a long time to get it ready and all we ordered was two pieces of chicken and one side and a sweet iced tea we went through the drive-thru and it took them forever to get it to us! ?
Food is good. They were fine on getting food out. We asked if we could get legs instead of wings and the girl said she would try to get that in the order. When we got home to eat they had put the wings in under all the rest of the chicken. All she had to do is say that they couldn't do that at that time.
Drove from Buffalo to West Kearny got there at 8 15 drive thru..started to order and was told they were out of chicken..no tenders no crisp.no regular..in fact she said only 4 wings is all they had and it would be 30 minutes for more chicken....who lets a chicken restaurant run out of chicken. Very disappointed i do like there chicken when they have it Cooked
Ordered 12 piece family meal.. half of my order was wings to feed to feed 5 people. $35 for half wings! Highway robbery. Never again! KFC on sunshine is way better.
