The food was good here. I had the meat lovers omelet and I would get it again. We specialized our order a bit and they got it all correct. Out waiter was freindly and did a good job.

It's the 2nd time have ate at a Jimmy's Egg . But so far it's been a really fantastic experience. Even if the server hasn't seen despicable me the shows lol . Rachel is a fantastic server and she's a valuable asset for Jimmy's egg . There's not many servers out there that you can honestly say that about them . Now . I am not saying all of the servers are not good or anything like that. But if you haven't ate at Jimmy's egg at south Campbell or East battlefield fantastic places hope to see the same servers which ever one we go to again . For simply the best hot chocolate ever wow . So please try them and don't forget to show your thanks to your servers. Hope you all have a fantastic experience like we did . We will be going again .....

We actually stopped going to Jimmy's Egg several years ago due to poor service, food quality and management. We decided to give the other one in town another try and everything was excellent! Food and service was wonderful. We'll start adding it back into the places we like to have breakfast.

Good quality food, nice clean atmosphere, our waitress Rachel was amazing but the highlight is the hostess, Brooklyn. She did her job and kept us entertained.

I haven't touched the corned beef hash but it looked like my left over food. So dry andThe meat lovers skillet looked like potato skillet... there's no actual meat. It's so frustrating and very inconsistent with the food preparation.. never again ;-(

Decided to come for lunch me and My Godmother this afternoon. But the hostess was unpleasantly rude when greeted. This young lady didn't look anymore older than 14 years of age. very young lady. She was the youngest waitress I seen. She looks up to me and said looks like someone gave you a black eye. I said excuse me, that's not a way to greet a guest. I told her it was an unpleasant surprise. She replied sorry... I think she needs better hospitality and training. However the waitress that served us was a delight. She seemed more seasoned and experienced. Food was fresh and hot.

Waiter was very nice. Gave it 4 stars because I ordered grits and got maybe a very small bowl that was a tease. Eggs and toast was very good.

Extremely poor customer service. Bad management that doesn’t value long time customers. Ordered 2 breakfasts and only one arrived, Michael doesn’t fully read the tickets before orders go out apparently and doesn’t care how much it inconveniences the customer. GM will simply hang up on you if disagree with how he feels like handling the situation… literally spent over $1025 in orders here since October, what a joke.

I’m not the type to leave bad reviews at a business, but… 45 minute wait for food and then when it arrived it looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a half an hour or was reheated from the day before. We left and went to McDonald’s if that says anything

the staff ( or greeter and waiter Mike or michael) were prompt, efficient... and most importantly over all observant of what my table needed! not interrupting, yet I looked over and my coffee was filled. I take my customer service extremely serious. I'm very excited to recommend this clean inviting atmosphere!
