Tell you driver in willard to slow down if he wants to make a sale. We can here him come down the street but by the time we get outside he is already out of site. This is the third time he has been by but by the time we get outside he is long gone. Saw him drive by today and he had to be driving 30mph

Your website says you’re open till 830, we have called over 10 times and can’t get a single person to pick the phone up. Your toothless female driver? That drives down Glenstone and turner area? Patiently waited for her to drive by, as soon as she hit my driveway she rolled her eyes at me and my kid and kept driving. Passed a second driveway with another kiddo standing at the end as well. My husband chased her down our whole entire street just to get her to stop and then she kept going and refused to turn around for the kids on the block. horrible driver. Very upset kiddos. Very disappointing
WARNING: Today in the McDonald's parking lot on Rangeline, I was tooted at and harassed by the driver of the Jack's ice cream truck. Apparently, I did not pull up quick enough in the line for him. The harassment by him was so bad, that other customers had to get involved and come to my defense. I reported him to the management at McDonald's, and they advised me that this guy is an ongoing behavioral problem. He should not be allowed on their premises anymore for safety reasons of their employees or customers. Please keep kids away from this out of control, angry man.
Just interviewed with this gentleman very down to earth funny nice guy seems like he would be a great boss hope I get the job. Go see him
The driver was absolutely rude. Its the end of June and this was the first time an ice cream truck came down our road. We rushed outside and she drove by. We figured she just didn't notice so we got in the car and drove up to get her to stop. However she kept motioning for us to go around rudely. We eventually pulled in front and went up to the truck and she was getting off of her phone call and complained about doing so. She smelt like cigarettes, like she was smoking in the tuck while on the phone during driving.Then the whole time my child was choosing she was very short and rude to us. I have never had such trouble with a food service person before. This is unacceptable and inappropriate behavior for someone who works with children. Get better drivers.
They have an excellent variety of ice cream to choose from.
