Horrible!! Waited an hour on breakfast when we were the only ones there... food was stone cold!! Will not go back

Almost all the tables where dirty and had dirty dishes on them. I almost didn't wanna eat there because of it but I did.

I am sad to write this review, as I have been to breakfast here a couple of times with decent experiences. Today too many things piled up that I could not ignore. The good is that the staff was very nice and we got most of our food quickly. Unfortunately they cooked some eggs wrong, forgot to add the potatoes on that we ordered and had to wait for those. Never brought the drink menu we asked for, never filled our waters, and two of my kids found hair in their food, that they quickly diagnosed was not their own. I do not think we will be able to come back here despite the convenient location and large portions.
I use to eat their grand buffet at least once a week . But now they have raised their prices and I can't afford it . It's now $17.99 a buffet. Use to be more fresh food too and now it's been sitting around for a while .Update since the covid 19 pandemic they don't sell their buffet but the one in Osage beach does. Funny because they scoop it for you. Springfield needs new management. Osage beach needs better cooks and servers .
prices are higher than Walmart and Price Cutter, but you pay for quality. The Hyvee stores are well organized, so you don't waste time walking around the store trying to find something. they have an entire aisle of condiments. other stores have them scattered. throughout. Hyvee even teaches cooking and nutrition classes
I LOVE Hy-Vee in Springfield! The manager, David Frost, is so kind and helpful. His friendliness always brings a smile to my face! He runs a great store - it’s always clean, stocked up and the staff is just as friendly. Keep up the great work Dave and team!
Yummm. Delicious Ruben with Tator totts. Hot, fresh, crispy deliciousness with generous portions. All the staff was friendly and kind. The cook was Warren, who checked on satisfaction and recommended I also try the quesadilla. #NextTimeMeal
