Needed a very specific item that I could not locate anywhere. Went to customer service and all the guy could tell me it was in aisle 6 and there were 30 in stock. Went back and looked for 15 minutes and couldn't find the item. Was able to find Ethan in the frozen aisle and he came right over and looked himself. Verified on his store app that we were in the correct area and then proceeded to check the back room where he found all 30 of the items. He was very helpful and was determined to find the item for me.

prices are higher than Walmart and Price Cutter, but you pay for quality. The Hyvee stores are well organized, so you don't waste time walking around the store trying to find something. they have an entire aisle of condiments. other stores have them scattered. throughout. Hyvee even teaches cooking and nutrition classes

Having moved from Northwest Arkansas(Walmartland) I have to say this place is amazing! Top notch customer service and friendly staff. Wonderful selections and the healthy food aisles are amazing.

Do not recommend for grocery pickup. crushed and soaking wet groceries and some ruined. I know they can not help if it is raining but could have a better system. Do not understand their substitute procedures. some things I marked not to substitute and I got substituted and other things wasn't even asked or not substituted for what my second choice was. Very disappointed. feel like that was a waste of over $200. How are you out of toilet paper? Even had an alternative and still didn't receive toilet paper. One very unhappy first time customer.
