I ordered general chicken through the drive through and they gave me cashew chicken after repeating my order back to me correctly. This is the 3rd time they’ve got my order wrong at the drive through. They also didn’t give any napkins or soy sauce (which is asked for and they said they would put some in) If you eat there don’t go through drive through. Inside the food is pretty good but only if you go in and get it.

I've been eating here as long as I can remember. I came here as a little girl and I'm in my 40's now. It's my comfort food and I stop in here every time I come home. It's actually the first stop I make when we get into town. It's old and very dated, but it's the best imo. My husband who is born and raised in Chicago is also big fan of their cashew chicken springfield style.

Worst Chinese food I have ever had PERIOD !!!! End of story. I'm from Chicago and have been eating Chinese food since I was like 2 years old. This is not even close to being good and or edible. I have tried them 3 different times and I alway's end up throwing it away . HORRIBLE !!!! Don't even waste you're time or money > Yes I have found hair in my food as well. SEVERAL TIMES > This restaurant is NASTY !!!!Food is garbage !!!! Straight up garbage. Do not waste your time !!!

The only place I go for lunch chinese takeout, the food is hot and good, prices fair and the drive through tends to move quickly. The lady at the drive through window is always pleasant to deal with.

Chicken is hot and fresh, offer all white or all dark. Cashew Chicken is good, but brown sauce could be more flavorful. Generals Chicken is again good but a solid 7 out of 10 since it has NO sweetness. It tasted like a spicy brown sauce.Fried wantons are good as well. All good was hot and there was a line out into the street to get in on a Tuesday evening.

I've never had generals chicken like they make here, very salty, not even spicy and not sweet either, it was the strangest thing I've ever eaten, and the meat had a funky smell too. The sesame chicken my wife got was hardly any better. We both took one bite, looked at each other with disgusted faces and promptly threw them both away. Not coming back here, not after that. Keep our money it's all you're ever getting out of us

Low key, great prices and the food is always good. This has been my favorite place to eat Chinese for the last 15 years.

Food is pretty good but prices have almost doubled stopped got 2 chicken fried rice, chicken lomein noodles 4 egg rolls $45.75

Horrible service. There was hair in both dishes that we ordered. I discreetly told the person I assume was in charge. She did offer to remake it, I declined since our appetites were ruined. She brought my money back to me and slammed it on the table and proceeded to yell “ Don’t you ever come back, never, never!” Very, very rude. No worries, I would never go back anyway. It wasn’t like we ate the food and then complained either. My daughter and her friend had literally just began to eat. Maybe two bites gone!

Amazing food, great people! Consistent and exceptional service, every time!
