The service was fast and the people were friendly, but in all honesty the food was run of the mill and very bland. The crab rangoons were just straight cream cheese and were over-cooked. I’m still picking shards out of the roof of my mouth. The experience was great overall until I ate the food. In my opinion, drive a block or two down to the corner of Fremont.
My favorite Chinese in Springfield! You always get a decent amount of good food for a reasonable price. They have a friendly staff, a clean restaurant if dining in, and an efficient drive through if taking home!

The Generals' Chicken was more like Chicken w/ rice soup.You're a little spice if any. Less than stellar is an understatement.
This is our go-to spot for lunch when we are on school trips. The staff here has always been very polite and helpful to our students.Plus, the food is GREAT with plenty of for your money.
The most flavorless food I have ever ever ever eaten… I went back today after years of avoiding this place, to see if it had changed, as I was eating my food I was afraid I had Covid because I couldn’t taste anything! Seriously no flavor whatsoever, there sauce has to be cornstarch and water, because it is that flavorless! Use spices!!! Salt,pepper, cumin, curry powder, something!!!! Holy cow! No flavor! In anything!
My husband and i like it here, it's convenient for on the way home from work, and quick, but check your orders when you go through drive through, have had things missing a couple of times and it's too far to go for a round trip for a replacement. Couple of the staff are rude/ignorant, you just have to hope some of the nicer ones are around when you go inside to eat. Food is always hot. Finally given up on this place, to many items missing from order when you use drive through, at end of day when your tired you don't check, because you assume they will finally get it right. No offer to refund so have to drive all the way back to get your forgotten items, not worth a 45+ minute journey, older lady is very rude, snatches money/ card out of your hand, always seems very inconvenienced by you being there. Will take our regular business somewhere else.
They stopped adding flavor, to anything. My cashew tasted like cardboard. Gave it a couple more tries after that. Horrible experience.
Cheap, easy, and decent. It is not top quality but okay for the price. Standard choices with chicken and beef.
Lady messed up my order after I had already corrected her she still have me the wrong order. When I called they were very rude I could hear the lady's talking bad about me saying I was picky. Refused to give me a refund after I had to drive back to get my correct order because they wouldn't refund me without the food!!! When I arrived the lady (short blond hair) kept trying to refuse to remake the meal cause I was needing a refund for having to drive 15minutes back to have my food corrected thennnnnn to top it off she argued with me that the lady made the food right but didn't put the sesame on it then slammed the window in my face.
