If it's the only sushi place open then go for it. It wasn't bad but it wasn't memorable or great. Just many other places to go. They don't serve miso with the sushi. Disappointed but meh.
Our favorite restaurant! We have great food and service every time we go here!
Fast service, good food, reasonable pricesThis is my favorite place to eat on special occasions!
Not bad.. but nothing really special.. had spice hibachi chicken.. really wasn't spicy, warm at best.. good portions and good flavor.. great service..
Good food, pleasant and helpful staff. Kids really enjoyed watching the chef work behind the window! He played it up for them, which was great!
Good food, great service. It was awesome seeing the family that owns it, work there butts off.
Hibachi is addicting. Best food in Springfield. Everyone at the restaurant is very kind and they get food out quickly. They have some of the best sauces. I usually get the steak hibachi dinner and the portion is huge. 100% worth going. I recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Called 15 times over 10 minutes, and they never answered. I was trying to place a to go order but I’m not interested in ordering from somewhere that can’t even answer in 15 phone calls. Had a great experience the first time I ate here, but the second not so much. Won’t be coming back.
Sometimes I just want Habachi without it being a communal experience. Nothing wrong with enjoying a table with strangers, but this day and age already has a cloud over that, and frankly I don't need to see the onion volcano or to be singled out to have a shrimp tail flipped on my plate, I just want lunch. Habachi got you covered for the food without needing the pretense of someone's 46th birthday at the table, and they came in from their place in the country for "exotic fine dining".All kidding aside, this place is low key, and chill. It's family owned and they usually have the family there helping out and I really appreciate that sort of family experience over a table where I feel obligated to clap 6-12 times during dinner because I wanted extra noodles.Haven't tried to sushi yet, but I've heard good things. Give it a try if you want Japanese style cuisine in a cafe level of expectations on what to expect. It keeps it simple and that's great.
The food was okay but I'm used to hibachi and sushi being pretty amazing so overall it was really disappointing. There are def better places in town... and I still spent $90 on 3 people.
