Waitress was fantastic! Atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. And the food was delicious! Even my picky boys loved their dinner.
Food was good but the cheese curds were the best we've ever had. Just awesome! Huge fish tank was cool & decor was great....very unique. Cleaning staff in restroom were super sweet & our server was awesome! She was perfectly attentive didn't hover but made sure we had everything we needed. We got a to go order for a friend that was at the hospital with her husband & she truly went the extra mile making sure she would have anything she could need including condiments & silverware! Will go here again
Menu is quite limited but everything was delicious. The only complaint I have is related to staff. Waitress was training someone but I watched her chatting nonstop and we sat there for so long the happy family dinner became kinda tense. I've never before considered complaining to management about wait staff before tonight.That being said there's a small chance that happens to you but likely your service will be better. I recommend going its amazing food.
Ate lunch here on 4/2/22. They had the buffet because of the Fishing Fair event at Bass Pro. It was delicious! Was going to go for seconds, but what you see filled me up. My drink, Kiss on the Lips, was very good. We will be back.
Delicious, fresh food & wonderful servers! Aquarium inside to sit & look at while you eat, The kids will love it & your husband will too! ?
Amazing Menu! Superb Service! Great Family Atmosphere. This is experience that everyone should enjoy. Even if you have to wait 30 minutes for a table, there are plenty of things to do while you wait that helps the time fly by. And if your lucky you get a beautiful table next to the fire.
We stopped in Hemingway's for lunch after visiting the aquarium. Our server was a super sweet lady that took fantastic care of us. Our oldest daughter has quite a few food allergies. After we ordered, she asked a few questions about her allergies and offered a few other suggestions that worked well for us.My wife ordered the shrimp pasta and it was super tasty and a huge portion. I had the bison country fried steak. The meat was super tender and delicious. The mashed potatoes were quite tasty.We were very pleased with the service, food and whole experience. We will definitely be back next time we are in Springfield.
I really miss the buffet, but, COVID. Hidden inside the Bass Pro Shop, there is something for everyone. Great food, great prices, and super friendly staff. Out of all the times we have been, we have never had to wait to be seated (usually a party of 6). Wish I had pics of our huge portions, but we dug in without a second thought!
Wow. Talk about amazing service. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. I had the fish and chips, and would highly recommend to anyone. They also had Sam Adam's on tap, so it was a great meal.
The service was wonderful and the food was great as well. I kinda miss the old buffet style but that may be over due to covid? It had been a long time since I had been there but I would definitely go again!!
