For me, the food is always great here, as well as the customer service. Love this place. ?Come give them some more business y'all.
I don't recommend working at this restaurant under the current owner.I worked at this restaurant two nights a week for a little over a month (40ish hours at $14/hr) and have received pay for only 10 of those hours.One week into working here and we were issued a cease and desist order due to not having had a liquor license for 11 months. Shortly after this I get my first paychecks and they are half the hours as they are supposed to be. I took them to the owner, and he said he would fix my checks and be right back, and instead left for the day. The next day he brought me an envelope and then left. In the envelope was one check still for the same amount, so I'm still shorted the same amount. I cleaned and closed the kitchen, and then I quit that night. I'm still owed at least 30 hours of pay ($420 before tax).
ayo! I loveee this place but I just tried to order 16 smoked wings and the individual who answered the phone said $26 or something ? it’s also wing Wednesday so they should have been .75cents per wing. I am so confused
harbell's food has gotten better and better.. and only continues to do so! wow! so much love is put into this food. loving these new menu items. chefs kiss ? ??
Went on Friday night, yes they were busy, and yes they were under staffed. We sat down at the only table available, a waitress said Someone would come clean the table, they never did. Both waitresses looked at us, but never responded, so we waited so more about 45 minutes total, I finally just went to the bar to order my drinks and food, never did see the waitress, probably won’t go back.
Best wings in town! Highly recommend the smoked ones. Cool sports bar downtown. Just like everywhere they are low on staff right now but its totally worth it. They have great beer specials for different events. Today it's a $7 pitcher for the NCAA tourneys. Staff where very helpful and did an awesome job!
Food was pretty good although not a bargain, the chips and salsa/queso appetizer was lackluster for $8, salsa wasn't great. Went on a Tuesday night and it was packed with only 2 very busy servers on the floor. Waited for our food for 45 minutes because of the lack of staffing.[ Appreciate the concern from the owner, staffing is tough these days for sure ]
My wife and I recently visited Springfield and were driving around on Friday evening and found this place. What a wonderful bar. The staff was very friendly, great atmosphere and plenty TVs that I’m sure you will find something of interest. Got there late so wasn’t able to get food but will certainly go back again and will recommend to others.
Great wings! Twice fried Arizona Gunslinger way to go! Good food in general! Plenty of beer and TVs! You won’t be disappointed.
We always have a great time here! The wings are wonderful and the beer is always cold!
