This location is horrible. Ordered a #2 with no mustard and added lettuce and tomato in the drive- thru. Waited 10 minutes for food, and I was the only one in drive-thru. Got a block down the road to se3 it lathered in mustard with no lettuce or tomato. I turn around to go back to just get my money back. I didn't have receipt and the6 would not g8ve me my money back. So I spent $11.56 for nothing.
Worst service I have ever received at a fast food place. The employees took SEVERAL MINUTES to fill a simple ice cream order. They sure made time to laugh with each other and have a good time while my son and I were waiting. Then they didnt give me what I ordered. What a bunch of punks. I am never going back.
Food was good and the employees were friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was clean and all employees were being productive. If there has been issues before, management has addressed them all.
i ordered a large box of cheese curds and it is half empty and the drink size was supposed to be large but it is small! I over paid for what I got.
It was very good. The fries are outstanding. The burgers reminded us of a "Checkers" if you're familiar with those. The wife really enjoyed her chocolate shake.The service was very professional and polite. The establishment itself was very clean.When we travel this way again. It's a repeat place as we call it.
The floors were greasy & slippery. Out of Nutter Butter *Ice Cream Sandwiches ( main reason I go). Our order got messed up. Good tasted good
They have some of the greatest employees at this place that a great business owner would just love to steal away to further increase the success of their own business. Plus they have some amazing burgers here! The custard is pretty dang good too even if a bit expensive
Always, always well staffed and friendly. Clean dining area. Very consistent quality, too. I go here every week for lunch.
The food is good but it's no better than Steak n Shake. I had the single cheeseburger and fries. Steak n Shake is exactly the same but much cheaper. There are much better burger places for cheaper. The sweet tea was absolutely terrible! I had to drink lemonade.
My husband lives this place I do not. I don't like the pounded thin patties. The tiny fries are good but they cool down too fast. Also they don't put enough of the add ins into your ice cream mixer. It's just mostly ice cream with a little bit of candy pieces. Disappointing.
